自2021年10月1日起，埃及政府强制要求所有进出口商通过CargoX区块链平台提交货物预申报信息(ACID)。作为埃及海关唯一授权的电子文档传输平台，所有海运至埃及的货物都必须完成CargoX注册和文件传输流程。
Since October 1, 2021, the Egyptian government has mandated all importers/exporters to submit Advance Cargo Information Declaration (ACID) through the CargoX blockchain platform. As the only authorized e-document transfer portal, all sea freight to Egypt must complete CargoX registration and document transfer procedures.

二、办理流程及时间 | Process and Timeline
- 账号注册及激活：约7个工作日 | Account registration & activation: ~7 working days
- 文件修改完善：1个工作日 | Document preparation: 1 working day
- 文件上传传输：1个工作日 | Document upload & transfer: 1 working day
注意：埃及海关可能退回修改，建议预留缓冲时间
