成都创新解决方案：7月9日，红星新闻记者探访了成都市三环路成致路段，这里有一段2公里长的在建路段，其路面下方是由建筑垃圾再生骨料铺设而成。
Chengdu's innovative solution: On July 9, Red Star News reporters visited the Chengzhi Road section of Chengdu's Third Ring Road, where a 2-kilometer-long road under construction uses recycled construction waste aggregate as its base.
建筑垃圾如何"重生"？

在成都交投建循集团指定的建筑垃圾再生材料工厂里：
At the construction waste recycling material factory designated by Chengdu Communications Investment Jianxun Group:
- 大型智能设备将分类处理的建筑垃圾(混凝土块、砖块、瓷砖等)通过清洗、破碎等工序转化为再生骨料
- Large intelligent equipment transforms sorted construction waste (concrete blocks, bricks, tiles, etc.) into recycled aggregate through cleaning and crushing processes
- 这些再生骨料用于市政道路建设的基层和底基层
- This recycled aggregate is used for the base and sub-base layers of municipal road construction
- 相比传统连砂石材料，更环保且节约自然资源
- Compared to traditional sand and gravel materials, it's more environmentally friendly and conserves natural resources
智慧管理系统

成都开发了"建筑垃圾处置监督管理信息共享平台"，实现了：
Chengdu has developed the "Construction Waste Disposal Supervision and Management Information Sharing Platform", achieving:
- 跨部门数据整合(城管、住建、公安等)
- Cross-departmental data integration (urban management, housing construction, public security, etc.)
- 运输车辆GPS全程监控
- GPS monitoring of transport vehicles throughout the process
- 违规路线自动报警
- Automatic alerts for违规 routes
- 新能源运输车配备智能安全系统
- New energy transport vehicles equipped with intelligent safety systems
目前该系统已在成都11个区域试运行，计划年内实现全市覆盖。
The system is currently in trial operation in 11 districts of Chengdu and is planned to cover the entire city within the year.
未来展望：今年内，成都五环路也将大规模应用建筑垃圾再生材料，这将有力推动成都"无废城市"建设。
Future outlook: Within this year, Chengdu's Fifth Ring Road will also use recycled construction waste materials on a large scale, which will strongly promote Chengdu's "zero-waste city" construction.
