中国·湖南安化 - 2024中国黑茶大会、茶祖节暨第六届湖南·（益阳）安化黑茶文化节在"中国黑茶之乡"湖南安化县盛大开幕。这是中国黑茶产业首次举办的专项大会，标志着黑茶产业进入高质量发展新阶段。

产业规模持续扩大 Industry Scale Continues to Expand
中国茶叶流通协会会长王庆表示，近五年来中国黑茶产业保持稳定增长，产量和产值年均增幅分别超过10%和8%。2023年全国黑茶产量达45.8万吨，总产值310.4亿元。
Wang Qing, president of China Tea Marketing Association, stated that China's dark tea industry has maintained steady growth over the past five years, with annual average increases in output and output value exceeding 10% and 8% respectively. In 2023, national dark tea production reached 458,000 tons with a total output value of 31.04 billion yuan.
六大产区联合宣言 Six Major Production Regions Joint Declaration
本次大会发布了《中国黑茶·安化宣言》，湖北咸宁、湖南益阳、四川雅安、广西梧州、云南临沧、陕西咸阳六大黑茶主产区政府共同建立中国黑茶产区合作机制，推动产业协同发展。
The conference released the "China Dark Tea·Anhua Declaration", with six major dark tea producing regions establishing a cooperation mechanism to promote coordinated industrial development.
安化黑茶领跑全国 Anhua Dark Tea Leads the Nation
作为"中国黑茶之乡"，安化县2023年茶园面积达36万亩，实现茶叶加工量8.4万吨、综合产值252亿元。"安化黑茶"品牌价值已超600亿元。
As the "hometown of Chinese dark tea", Anhua County had 360,000 mu of tea gardens in 2023, processing 84,000 tons of tea with a comprehensive output value of 25.2 billion yuan. The "Anhua Dark Tea" brand value exceeds 60 billion yuan.
未来发展目标 Future Development Goals
安化县计划到2024年实现茶产业综合产值280亿元，茶叶出口额1亿元以上，力争5-10年内打造千亿产业集群。
Anhua County plans to achieve a comprehensive output value of 28 billion yuan in the tea industry by 2024, with tea exports exceeding 100 million yuan, aiming to build a 100-billion-yuan industrial cluster within 5-10 years.
本次大会以"一茶一业一生活，一带一路一黑茶"为主题，突出黑茶健康属性，推广"24小时健康茶生活"理念，传承古丝绸之路精神，拓展海外市场。
