习近平总书记在参加党的二十大广西代表团讨论时提出,“茶产业大有前途。下一步,要打出自己的品牌,把茶产业做大做强。”近年来,我市围绕打造广西千亿元茶产业“半壁江山”的发展目标,强龙头、补链条、聚集群,坚持规划引领、提质赋能、服务优化、品牌塑造、集聚发展,逐步构建起一个覆盖全产业链的现代茶产业体系,六堡茶产业呈现产销两旺、量价齐升、高速发展的良好势头。
President Xi Jinping emphasized during the discussion with the Guangxi delegation at the 20th CPC National Congress that "the tea industry has great potential. The next step is to build our own brands and grow the tea industry stronger." In recent years, our city has focused on developing Liubao tea as a key pillar of Guangxi's 100-billion-yuan tea industry through strengthening leading enterprises, improving supply chains, and clustering development. By prioritizing planning, quality enhancement, service optimization, branding, and industrial agglomeration, we have gradually built a modern tea industry system covering the entire industrial chain, witnessing booming production and sales, rising prices, and rapid development.

东盟是六堡茶的主要出口市场,也是共建“一带一路”倡议的重点地区,我市连续多年组织六堡茶企业参加中国-东盟博览会,展开了一系列国际交流与合作,分别在马来西亚、文莱、新加坡等地举办推介会、交易会、洽谈会等活动,推动“茶船古道”文化符号传播。
ASEAN is Liubao tea's primary export market and a key region under the Belt and Road Initiative. Our city has consistently organized Liubao tea enterprises to participate in the China-ASEAN Expo, conducting international exchanges and cooperation through promotional events, trade fairs, and business talks in Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore and other countries, spreading the cultural symbol of the "Ancient Tea-Horse Road".
今年9月,第十九届中国-东盟博览会期间,专家们在“茶船古道·六堡茶发展高峰论坛”中提出了一个关键共识——大力推进中外标准对接互认,积极构建与国际标准兼容的标准体系。
During the 19th China-ASEAN Expo in September 2022, experts at the "Ancient Tea-Horse Road · Liubao Tea Development Summit Forum" reached a key consensus: vigorously promoting mutual recognition of Chinese and international standards, and actively building a standard system compatible with international norms.

据市场监管部门统计,我市具有SC认证的茶企近90家,但全市涉茶商铺有近4000家,茶叶专业合作社有170多户,且数量还在持续增长。如何凝聚众多涉茶市场主体形成推动茶产业发展的合力,是一个不小的挑战。

提起全国知名的茶叶专业交易市场,昆明有康乐茶城,广州有芳村茶业城,而作为2022中国茶叶最具品牌传播力品牌、位居广西茶叶区域公共品牌价值第一位的梧州六堡茶,至今我市还没有一个拿得出手、叫得出名的六堡茶专业交易市场,这成为制约茶产业发展的要素堵点。
While Kunming has Kangle Tea City and Guangzhou has Fangcun Tea Market, Wuzhou - home to Liubao tea which ranked first in Guangxi's regional public brand value and was named China's most communicable tea brand in 2022 - still lacks a professional Liubao tea trading market, creating a bottleneck for industry development.
今年以来,我市联合京东集团建设全国首个六堡茶公共茶仓(茶银行),打造广西国际茶业交易中心,并通过京东(广西)数字经济产业园平台,打造集仓储交易、评估鉴定、茶叶银行于一体的六堡茶公共仓储交易中心,以此打通线上资产与线下资源转化的"最后一公里"。
This year, we partnered with JD.com to establish China's first Liubao Tea Public Warehouse ("Tea Bank") and create the Guangxi International Tea Trading Center. Through JD's Guangxi Digital Economy Industrial Park platform, we're building an integrated public storage and trading center combining warehousing transactions, evaluation services, and tea banking functions to bridge the "last mile" between online assets and offline resources.
