2021年山东外贸进出口数据分析：新平台新模式推动量稳质升
2021年山东省外贸进出口总额达2.93万亿元人民币，其中出口1.76万亿元，同比增长34.8%；进口1.17万亿元，增长29.0%。这一成绩在全国主要外贸省市中增速位居首位，实现了"十四五"对外贸易良好开局。

民营企业成为外贸主力军，2021年进出口2.09万亿元，增长35.6%，占全省进出口总值的71.2%，对全省进出口增长的贡献度达到76.3%。
Private enterprises became the main force in foreign trade, with import and export volume of 2.09 trillion yuan in 2021, an increase of 35.6%, accounting for 71.2% of the province's total import and export value, contributing 76.3% to the growth of the province's import and export.
新平台新模式拉动作用显著：山东自贸试验区内企业进出口增长39.4%；市场采购方式出口增长213.7%，占出口总值的6.1%。

出口商品结构持续优化，机电产品出口增长35.8%，占比提升0.3个百分点；劳动密集型产品占比下降1.1个百分点。

"一带一路"沿线国家贸易表现亮眼，进出口9376.0亿元，增长40.8%，占全省进出口总值的32.0%。

RCEP带来新机遇：2021年山东省对RCEP其他14个成员国进出口1.03万亿元，增长32.9%。RCEP实施后，山东出口商品可在日本享受关税减让约3.8亿元。
RCEP brings new opportunities: In 2021, Shandong's import and export with other 14 RCEP member countries reached 1.03 trillion yuan, an increase of 32.9%. After the implementation of RCEP, Shandong's export products can enjoy tariff reductions of about 380 million yuan in Japan.
专家表示，RCEP将促进山东对标国际高水平经贸规则，加快推进制度型开放，助力打造对外开放新高地。
