广州获批"国字号"出口基地的机遇与挑战
广州开发区近日成功入选全国首批国家知识产权特色服务出口基地，这是广州获得的第五个国家级特色服务出口基地称号。
Previously, Tianhe District was recognized as the first batch of National Digital Service Export Base and National Cultural Export Base, Panyu District was selected as the second batch of National Cultural Export Base, and Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was awarded the first batch of National Traditional Chinese Medicine Service Export Base. Currently, Guangzhou has five national-level specialized service export bases, accounting for over 70% of the province's total and ranking among the top nationwide.
在3月24日召开的新闻发布会上，广州市商务局二级巡视员曹智聪介绍，2021年广州市数字服务贸易规模达235.84亿美元，同比增长42.8%，数字服务出口覆盖全球200多个国家和地区。
At a press conference on March 24, Cao Zhicong, Inspector Level II of Guangzhou Commerce Bureau, reported that Guangzhou's digital service trade reached $23.584 billion in 2021, a year-on-year increase of 42.8%, with exports covering more than 200 countries and regions worldwide.
天河区"打造粤港澳大湾区世界级电竞中心"案例入选国家文化出口基地首批创新实践案例，广州开发区的"独联体国家跨境技术转移平台"等案例也获得国家级认可。
Tianhe District's "Building a World-class E-sports Center in the Greater Bay Area" was selected as one of the first innovative practice cases of national cultural export bases, while Guangzhou Development District's "Cross-border Technology Transfer Platform for CIS Countries" also received national recognition.

专家表示，广州正以专业类特色服务出口基地为载体，不断提高特色服务贸易产业的规模化、集约化水平，这将为城市发展带来新的增长点，同时也面临国际竞争加剧等挑战。
Experts say Guangzhou is using specialized service export bases as platforms to enhance the scale and intensification of specialized service trade industries, which will bring new growth points to urban development while also facing challenges such as intensifying international competition.
