昆明信息港讯 - 为贯彻落实全省政务服务事项"五级十二同"标准要求，进一步优化提升营商环境，昆明市城市管理局近日公示了修改完善的《城市建筑垃圾处置审批程序》。

- 施工场地出口须建设洗车作业平台和防污降尘设施
- Construction sites must establish vehicle washing platforms and dust prevention facilities
- 申请材料包括：核准申请表、处理方案、消纳处置合同和运输合同
- Required documents: approval application form, disposal plan, disposal contract and transportation contract
- 许可审批时限为8个工作日
- The approval process takes 8 working days
特殊情形处理：
Special Circumstances Handling:
对于抢险救灾等紧急情况，可按照应急管理规定先行处置后报备；重大项目可"一事一议"特殊审批。
For emergencies like disaster relief, disposal can be done first with subsequent reporting; major projects may receive special case-by-case approval.
