广州新增"国字号"出口基地 助力培育优质服务贸易企业
广州讯 — 3月22日，商务部联合多部委公布新一轮专业类特色服务出口基地名单，广州经济技术开发区成功入选全国首批知识产权服务领域特色服务出口基地。
Guangzhou News — On March 22, the Ministry of Commerce jointly announced a new list of specialized service export bases, with Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone being selected as one of China's first national intellectual property service export bases.
截至目前，广州市已拥有5个国家级特色服务出口基地，占全省总数的70%以上，数量位居全国前列。这些基地包括：
To date, Guangzhou has been awarded five national-level specialized service export bases, accounting for over 70% of Guangdong Province's total and ranking among the top nationwide. These bases include:
- 天河区国家数字服务出口基地（2020年）
- Tianhe District National Digital Service Export Base (2020)
- 天河区国家文化出口基地（首批）
- Tianhe District National Cultural Export Base (first batch)
- 番禺区国家文化出口基地（第二批）
- Panyu District National Cultural Export Base (second batch)
- 广东省中医院国家中医药服务出口基地（首批）
- Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine National TCM Service Export Base (first batch)

广州市商务局二级巡视员曹智聪在新闻发布会上透露：
At a press conference, Cao Zhicong, Second-Level Inspector of Guangzhou Commerce Bureau, revealed:
• 2021年数字服务贸易规模达235.84亿美元，增长42.8%
• Digital service trade reached $23.584 billion in 2021, up 42.8%
• 文化服务出口同比增长1.5倍
• Cultural service exports increased by 1.5 times year-on-year
• 服务进出口总额约500亿美元，全国第四
• Total service import and export reached about $50 billion, ranking fourth nationwide

番禺基地：虎牙直播全球市场份额第二，YY直播覆盖150多个国家和地区
Panyu Base: Huya Live ranks second globally in market share, YY Live covers over 150 countries and regions
开发区基地：集聚300多家知识产权服务机构，形成完整服务链
Development Zone Base: Gathers over 300 IP service institutions, forming a complete service chain
