国务院关税税则委员会最新《办法》规定:进境旅客免税携带12度以上酒精饮料限额降至1.5升,港澳进境旅客限额0.75升,经常出入境人员禁止免税携带。
The latest "Measures" from the State Council Tariff Commission stipulates: inbound passengers' duty-free allowance for alcoholic beverages above 12 degrees is reduced to 1.5 liters, 0.75 liters for passengers from Hong Kong and Macau, with frequent travelers prohibited from duty-free携带.
与此同时,跨境电商出口监管优化措施将于12月15日实施,香港烈酒税率从100%大幅降至10%。这一"严进宽出"的政策组合拳,为白酒出海创造了有利条件。
Meanwhile, optimized cross-border e-commerce export regulations will take effect on December 15, and Hong Kong's烈酒 tax rate has been大幅 reduced from 100% to 10%. This "strict inbound, loose outbound" policy combination creates favorable conditions for baijiu going global.
