今年以来，我国对外贸易规模稳定，呈现出稳中见韧的良好态势。外贸大省和民营企业在稳定外贸方面发挥了重要作用。专家表示，2025年稳外贸政策将持续发力，同时企业创新能力增强将为外贸稳健增长注入新动力。

This year, China's foreign trade has maintained stable scale, showing a good trend of stability with resilience. Major foreign trade provinces and private enterprises have played an important role in stabilizing foreign trade. Experts say that policies to stabilize foreign trade will continue to be implemented in 2025, while enhanced innovation capabilities of enterprises will inject new momentum into steady growth of foreign trade.

外贸大省发挥"排头兵"作用 | Major provinces play vanguard role

数据显示，今年前11个月，江苏货物贸易进出口总值达5.09万亿元，创历史同期新高。广东外贸进出口8.27万亿元，同比增长10%，快于全国增速5.1个百分点。浙江进出口总值达4.81万亿元，同比增长6.9%，出口增速继续领跑东部沿海主要省市。

Statistics show that in the first 11 months of this year, Jiangsu's total import and export value of goods trade reached 5.09 trillion yuan, hitting a record high for the same period. Guangdong's foreign trade import and export reached 8.27 trillion yuan, up 10% year-on-year, 5.1 percentage points faster than the national growth rate. Zhejiang's total import and export value reached 4.81 trillion yuan, up 6.9% year-on-year, with export growth continuing to lead major coastal provinces and cities in eastern China.

民营企业成为"主力军" | Private enterprises emerge as main force

民营企业是推动外贸稳定增长的"主力军"。前11个月，广东民营企业进出口5.27万亿元，增长15.8%，对广东省内进出口总值的贡献率超过六成。浙江有进出口实绩的民营企业达10.8万家，占比超过九成。

Private enterprises have become the "main force" in promoting stable growth of foreign trade. In the first 11 months, Guangdong's private enterprises achieved import and export of 5.27 trillion yuan, up 15.8%, contributing over 60% to the province's total import and export value. Zhejiang had 108,000 private enterprises with actual import and export performance, accounting for over 90%.

政策组合拳持续发力 | Policy packages continue to take effect

商务部近日发布《关于促进外贸稳定增长的若干政策》，要求外贸大省勇挑大梁。海关总署广东分署出台二十条措施支持外贸质升量稳。浙江明确提出要打造高能级跨境电商国际枢纽省，力争到2027年实现跨境电商出口规模较2024年翻一番。

The Ministry of Commerce recently issued the "Several Policies on Promoting Stable Growth of Foreign Trade", requiring major foreign trade provinces to take greater responsibility. Guangdong Customs District has introduced 20 measures to support quality improvement and quantity stability in foreign trade. Zhejiang has clearly proposed to build a high-level international hub province for cross-border e-commerce, aiming to double the scale of cross-border e-commerce exports by 2027 compared with 2024.

专家表示，随着外贸领域存量和增量政策协同发力，全年外贸有望平稳收官，实现质升量稳的目标。

Experts say that with the coordinated efforts of existing and incremental policies in the foreign trade sector, annual foreign trade is expected to end smoothly, achieving the goal of quality improvement and quantity stability.
