安化黑茶产业2023年发展目标：冲刺180亿综合产值
大益阳客户端讯（记者 周云峰 通讯员 刘刚贵 陈尚彪）安化黑茶产业近日召开新闻发布会，正式公布2023年发展目标。该县将重点建设有机茶示范基地、扶持龙头企业、举办国际茶文化节、拓展海外市场，力争实现茶叶加工量8.2万吨，综合产值180亿元。
The Anhua Dark Tea industry recently held a press conference announcing its 2023 development goals. The county will focus on establishing organic tea demonstration bases, supporting leading enterprises, hosting an international tea culture festival, and expanding overseas markets, aiming to achieve 82,000 tons of processed tea and a comprehensive output value of 18 billion yuan.
县人大常委会副主任、县茶业办主任肖伟群介绍，2022年安化黑茶产业表现亮眼，稳居全国重点产茶县四强，实现茶叶加工量7.5万吨、综合产值152亿元，茶业税收达2.8亿元。
Xiao Weiqun, Deputy Director of the County People's Congress Standing Committee and Director of the County Tea Industry Office, reported that in 2022, Anhua Dark Tea maintained its position among the top four major tea-producing counties in China, achieving 75,000 tons of processed tea, a comprehensive output value of 15.2 billion yuan, and tea industry tax revenue of 280 million yuan.
为实现2023年目标，安化县将重点推进以下五大工作：
To achieve the 2023 goals, Anhua County will focus on five key initiatives:
1. 举办第四届安化黑茶文化节：以"安化黑茶 世界共享"为主题，包含国际茶文化论坛、企业推介会等系列活动。
1. Hosting the 4th Anhua Dark Tea Culture Festival: With the theme "Anhua Dark Tea, Shared by the World", including international tea culture forums and enterprise promotion events.
2. 茶园提质升级：建设有机茶园2万亩，推广绿色防控技术。
2. Tea Garden Quality Improvement: Establishing 20,000 mu of organic tea gardens and promoting green pest control technologies.
3. 企业转型升级：培育亿元级龙头企业，推动企业主板上市。

4. 国际化进程：争取HS编码，开拓"一带一路"沿线国家市场。

此外，湖南省工商局将于2023年上半年开展"安化黑茶"商标专项维权行动，为产业发展保驾护航。
