专家解读普洱茶产业发展：科学研究和理性消费是关键
记者：目前，市场上普洱茶出现上万元一公斤的古树茶，而有的茶只卖几十元一公斤。请您谈谈，如何才能让普洱茶产业健康持续发展？
Reporter: Currently, some ancient tree Pu'er teas are priced at over 10,000 yuan per kilogram in the market, while others sell for just a few dozen yuan. Could you share your thoughts on how to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the Pu'er tea industry?
王岳飞：在普洱，有许许多多的茶园，即使没有申请有机认证，仍然属于有机茶。近年来，许多商家热衷炒作古树茶，其实古树茶与台地茶并没有本质区别。因此，好的台地茶，品质并不一定比古树茶差。
Prof. Wang Yuefei: In Pu'er, there are numerous tea gardens that qualify as organic even without certification. In recent years, many merchants have been hyping ancient tree tea, but in fact, there's no fundamental difference between ancient tree tea and terrace tea. Therefore, high-quality terrace tea can be just as good as ancient tree tea.
普洱市应大力发挥相关科研院所的作用，利用专业人才资源，做大量的基础研究工作，比如对古树茶及台地茶的成分、品质、功能等方面进行分析研究，用科学数据说话。
Pu'er City should leverage the expertise of research institutions to conduct comprehensive studies on the composition, quality, and functions of both ancient tree and terrace teas, using scientific data as evidence.
加大宣传力度，用科学的消费理念引导消费者理性消费，而不是盲目消费。
We should strengthen publicity efforts and guide consumers toward rational purchasing decisions based on scientific understanding, rather than blind consumption.
记者：从国际国内消费环境看，普洱茶产业发展面临哪些困难和机遇？
Reporter: From both international and domestic consumption perspectives, what challenges and opportunities does the Pu'er tea industry face?
王岳飞：在国外，每亩茶叶产量高达204公斤，而中国平均亩产量只有50公斤。现在，提高茶叶单位产量是摆在我们面前的重要课题。
Prof. Wang Yuefei: Internationally, tea yield per mu (Chinese acre) reaches 204 kg, while China's average is only 50 kg. Currently, improving tea yield per unit area is a crucial challenge we must address.
同时，普洱乃至全国茶叶种植地区对茶产业发展需要制定科学的发展规划，扬长避短，才能推动茶产业健康持续发展。
Meanwhile, tea-growing regions in Pu'er and nationwide need to develop scientific development plans that leverage strengths and address weaknesses to promote sustainable industry growth.
当前，国外消费市场，还是以绿茶为主，普洱茶出口空间特别大。需要制作出普洱茶图谱，也就是普洱茶主要成分分析研究，用强有力的科学数据做支撑，加强品牌宣传力度，撬动国内国外市场。
Currently, the international market still favors green tea, leaving significant potential for Pu'er tea exports. We need to create a Pu'er tea profile through comprehensive component analysis, supported by robust scientific data, and enhance brand promotion to tap into both domestic and international markets.
