王岳飞:在普洱,有许许多多的茶园,即使没有申请有机认证,仍然属于有机茶。近年来,许多商家热衷炒作古树茶,其实古树茶与台地茶并没有本质区别。因此,好的台地茶,品质并不一定比古树茶差。

Prof. Wang Yuefei: In Pu'er, there are numerous tea gardens that qualify as organic even without certification. In recent years, many merchants have been hyping ancient tree tea, but in fact, there's no fundamental difference between ancient tree tea and terrace tea. Therefore, high-quality terrace tea can be just as good as ancient tree tea.

普洱市应大力发挥相关科研院所的作用,利用专业人才资源,做大量的基础研究工作,比如对古树茶及台地茶的成分、品质、功能等方面进行分析研究,用科学数据说话。

王岳飞:在国外,每亩茶叶产量高达204公斤,而中国平均亩产量只有50公斤。现在,提高茶叶单位产量是摆在我们面前的重要课题。

Prof. Wang Yuefei: Internationally, tea yield per mu (Chinese acre) reaches 204 kg, while China's average is only 50 kg. Currently, improving tea yield per unit area is a crucial challenge we must address.

同时,普洱乃至全国茶叶种植地区对茶产业发展需要制定科学的发展规划,扬长避短,才能推动茶产业健康持续发展。

Meanwhile, tea-growing regions in Pu'er and nationwide need to develop scientific development plans that leverage strengths and address weaknesses to promote sustainable industry growth.

当前,国外消费市场,还是以绿茶为主,普洱茶出口空间特别大。需要制作出普洱茶图谱,也就是普洱茶主要成分分析研究,用强有力的科学数据做支撑,加强品牌宣传力度,撬动国内国外市场。
