国贸数字跨境电商服务标准化项目入选国家级试点 - 推动行业规范化发展
2021年5月25日，国家标准委公布了2021年度国家级服务业标准化试点项目名单。浙江国贸数字科技有限公司承担的《跨境电子商务服务标准化试点》成功入选，成为全国8个浙江省入选项目之一。
On May 25, 2021, the National Standardization Committee announced the list of national service industry standardization pilot projects for 2021. The "Cross-border E-commerce Service Standardization Pilot" undertaken by Zhejiang Guomao Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as one of the 8 pilot projects from Zhejiang Province.
此次国家级试点项目旨在发挥标准对提高服务业发展质量、促进服务消费升级的技术支撑作用，覆盖教育、养老、金融、电子商务等多个服务领域。
The national pilot projects aim to leverage standards' technical support role in improving service industry quality and promoting service consumption upgrades, covering multiple service sectors including education, elderly care, finance, and e-commerce.
跨境电商行业标准化需求迫切
Urgent Need for Cross-border E-commerce Standardization
近年来，跨境电商保持高速增长态势。据前瞻产业研究院预测，到2025年全球B2C跨境电商交易规模将突破2万亿美元，年增长率维持在10%-20%之间。
In recent years, cross-border e-commerce has maintained rapid growth. According to Forward Industry Research Institute, the global B2C cross-border e-commerce transaction scale is expected to exceed $2 trillion by 2025, with annual growth rates maintained between 10%-20%.
然而，行业爆发式增长也带来标准化缺失的问题：
- 传统贸易法规无法满足跨境电商需求
- 标准体系不完善，缺乏顶层设计
- 服务、培训等环节缺乏统一标准
However, the industry's explosive growth has also brought standardization challenges:
- Traditional trade regulations cannot meet cross-border e-commerce needs
- Incomplete standard system, lacking top-level design
- Lack of unified standards in services, training and other areas
国贸数字标准化建设成果
Guomao Digital's Standardization Achievements
1. 构建214项跨境电商标准体系
包括国家标准127项、行业标准36项、地方标准10项，待研制标准41项。重点制定了9项关键标准和4项团体标准。

Including 127 national standards, 36 industry standards, 10 local standards, and 41 standards to be developed. Focused on formulating 9 key standards and 4 group standards.
2. 培养标准化专业人才
与高校建立合作机制，搭建专家库，5人获得省级标准化工作资格证书。
2. Cultivated standardization professionals
Established cooperation mechanisms with universities, built an expert database, with 5 people obtaining provincial standardization qualification certificates.
3. 建设标准化公共服务平台
提供10多项标准化服务，包括标准查询、下载、技术咨询等。

Provides over 10 standardization services including standard queries, downloads, and technical consultations.
未来发展计划
Future Development Plans
国贸数字将以此次试点为契机，从三个方面深化标准化建设：
- 完善跨境电商标准体系框架
- 加强标准制修订工作
- 推动标准实施与推广
Guomao Digital will use this pilot as an opportunity to deepen standardization construction in three aspects:
- Improve cross-border e-commerce standard system framework
- Strengthen standard formulation and revision
- Promote standard implementation and dissemination
此次入选国家级试点，标志着国贸数字在跨境电商标准化建设方面取得重要突破，将为行业规范化发展提供有力支撑。
