云南普洱茶产业三十年发展史：省茶司的辉煌与变革
1972年，中国粮油食品茶叶进出口公司云南分公司与云南省贸易公司合并，成立"中国土产畜产进出口总公司云南茶叶分公司"（简称省茶司）。这个机构后来成为把控云南普洱茶产业三十年的核心力量。
In 1972, Yunnan Branch of China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Import and Export Corporation merged with Yunnan Trading Company to establish "Yunnan Tea Branch of China National Native Produce & Animal By-Products Import & Export Corporation" (abbreviated as Provincial Tea Company). This institution later became the core force controlling Yunnan's Pu-erh tea industry for thirty years.
1973年，省茶司获得茶叶自主经营权，派人赴广东学习普洱茶发酵技术，开创了普洱熟茶新品类。当时普洱茶主要通过广交会进行配额订货制交易，香港15家头盘商垄断了进口贸易。
In 1973, the Provincial Tea Company obtained autonomous management rights for tea, sent personnel to Guangdong to learn Pu-erh tea fermentation technology, and created a new category of ripe Pu-erh tea. At that time, Pu-erh tea was mainly traded through the Canton Fair's quota ordering system, with 15 Hong Kong first-tier merchants monopolizing import trade.
1989年，省茶司在深圳成立"深圳富华茶苑发展公司"，成为云南普洱茶的重要中转站。这个举措解决了香港存茶空间不足的问题，也顺应了97香港回归后的市场变化。
In 1989, the Provincial Tea Company established "Shenzhen Fuhua Tea Garden Development Company" in Shenzhen, which became an important transit point for Yunnan Pu-erh tea. This move solved the problem of insufficient tea storage space in Hong Kong and adapted to market changes after Hong Kong's return in 1997.
截至1988年，省茶司已出口茶叶81万担，创汇1.5亿美元，拥有70座国营精制茶厂，100多个茶叶品种。下设多个分支机构，包括两座直属茶厂和五个茶苑楼馆。
By 1988, the Provincial Tea Company had exported 810,000 dan (unit of weight) of tea, earning $150 million in foreign exchange. It owned 70 state-owned refined tea factories and produced over 100 tea varieties. It had multiple branches, including two directly affiliated tea factories and five tea garden buildings.
随着中国经济进一步开放，省茶司迎来了重大变革，普洱茶产业也进入了一个充满机遇的新时代。
With China's further economic opening, the Provincial Tea Company underwent significant transformations, and the Pu-erh tea industry entered a new era full of opportunities.
