According to a white paper jointly released by Google and The Economist titled "Bridging the Skills Gap: Boosting Digital and Economic Development Transformation," 62% of employees expressed a desire to improve their digital skills.

针对数字经济发展趋势及职场需求热点，6月29日，谷歌携手网易有道中国大学MOOC及智联招聘联合推出的线上培训和求职项目"谷歌数字人才培养计划"已进行到第三年，此次全面升级，在数字营销广告课程的基础上，2023年新增谷歌开发技术方向的培训课程，带领学生群体、高校师资与新职场人共同突破进阶，更从容应对数字时代的转型。

In response to digital economy trends and workplace demands, on June 29th, Google partnered with NetEase Youdao's Chinese University MOOC and Zhaopin to launch the third year of their online training and job-seeking program - the "Google Digital Talent Development Program." This year's upgraded program adds Google development technology courses alongside digital marketing advertising curriculum, helping students, university faculty, and new professionals advance their skills to better adapt to digital transformation.

记者了解到，2023年《谷歌官方出品：海外数字营销系列课程》新增第五章"谷歌智能化广告解决方案"，课程内容包括：效果最大化广告系列、隐私保护的衡量解决方案以及App Campaign大解密。该课程设置紧跟时下趋势，帮助学员快速了解自动化广告原理，手把手梳理掌握投放过程，搭配进阶直播培训，助力学员收获更多实操经验，快速上手。

The reporter learned that the 2023 "Google Official: Overseas Digital Marketing Series" added a new fifth chapter on "Google Intelligent Advertising Solutions," covering Performance Max campaigns, privacy-preserving measurement solutions, and App Campaign insights. The curriculum keeps pace with current trends, helping students quickly understand automated advertising principles, master campaign processes step-by-step, and gain practical experience through advanced live training.

同时，全新升级的"谷歌数字人才培养计划"增设了数字开发应用课程，学习者可自主探索谷歌开发产品的海量课程，课程不仅包含扎实的开发基础知识，还有实践性超强的Codelabs。

Meanwhile, the upgraded program introduces digital development application courses, allowing learners to explore Google's extensive developer product curriculum, which includes both fundamental development knowledge and highly practical Codelabs.

据悉，为积极响应教育部供需就业育人项目，2023"谷歌数字人才培养计划"将深入高校举办师资培训，把数字营销与开发知识带到日常教学课堂，为数字人才培养提供成长的土壤。

To actively respond to the Ministry of Education's supply-demand employment education initiative, the 2023 program will conduct faculty training in universities, bringing digital marketing and development knowledge into regular classrooms to cultivate digital talent.
