记者近日从获悉，2022年6月份建筑材料工业景气指数（MPI）为103.8点，比上月下降3.4点，高于临界点，处于景气区间。
Recent reports show that in June 2022, the Building Materials Industry Prosperity Index (MPI) stood at 103.8 points, a decrease of 3.4 points from the previous month, remaining above the threshold and within the prosperous range.
有关负责人表示，随着重点地区疫情防控形势向好，6月份建筑材料工业运行环境呈现趋稳迹象。
Officials stated that with improving pandemic prevention in key regions, the building materials industry showed signs of stabilization in June.
但当前企业库存积累较多，呈现供大于求的市场态势。6月份建材产品生产增速继续放缓，产品价格小幅下降，建筑材料工业景气度有所回落，但仍处于景气区间，运行形势总体保持稳定。
However, current enterprise inventory accumulation indicates a market situation of oversupply. In June, building materials production growth continued to slow, product prices slightly declined, and industry prosperity decreased but remained in the prosperous range, maintaining overall stable operation.
从供给侧分类指数看，建筑材料工业生产指数和价格指数均出现回落。
From the supply-side sub-indices, both production and price indices of building materials industry declined.
6月份建筑材料工业价格指数为99.3点，比上月回落1.3个点，建筑材料产品价格环比小幅下降；建筑材料工业生产指数为104.5点，比上月回落2.0个点，建筑材料产品生产增速放缓。
The June price index was 99.3 points, down 1.3 points month-on-month, showing slight price decreases; the production index was 104.5 points, down 2.0 points, indicating slowing production growth.
从需求侧分类指数看，投资需求指数和建材国际贸易指数出现回落，工业消费指数小幅上涨。
From the demand-side sub-indices, investment demand and international trade indices declined while industrial consumption index slightly increased.
6月份投资需求指数103.6点，比上月回落4.3个点，但仍处于景气区间，建筑建设市场需求基本稳定，增速放缓；工业消费指数105.4点，比上月回升0.8个点，与建筑材料产品相关的工业生产进一步恢复；建材国际贸易指数95.8点，比上月回落9.6点，建筑材料商品出口小幅下降。
The June investment demand index was 103.6 points (down 4.3 points), remaining prosperous with stable but slowing market demand; industrial consumption index rose 0.8 points to 105.4 points, showing recovery in related industries; international trade index fell 9.6 points to 95.8 points, indicating slight export declines.
