国际顶尖SEO推广与沈阳谷歌竞价招聘：一个小SOHO的6年创业历程

2017年6-7月间，我认识了一位刚做外贸SOHO的业务员小A。当时她刚辞职不久，在出租屋办公，收入微薄且不稳定，甚至需要靠网贷周转。天性乐观的她偶尔也会迷茫，考虑是否要放弃SOHO重新找工作。
In June-July 2017, I met a newly-started SOHO foreign trade salesperson, Xiao A. She had just resigned, working from a rented apartment with unstable income, sometimes relying on online loans. Though optimistic, she occasionally doubted whether to continue SOHO or find a job.
但她坚持下来了。逐渐地，她有了稳定客户和订单，生活有了保障，不再为网贷发愁。有了积蓄后，她与人合租了小办公室，拥有了2平米的独立空间。
But she persisted. Gradually, she gained stable clients and orders, securing her livelihood. With savings, she rented a small shared office, gaining 2 square meters of private space.
2021年，她搬进了50多平的独立办公室。2023年，她再次升级，拥有了100多平的独立办公室和展厅。在外贸行业整体低迷的情况下，小A虽然经营的是价格战产品，处境却越来越好。
In 2021, she moved to a 50+ sqm private office. By 2023, she upgraded again to a 100+ sqm office with a showroom. Despite industry challenges, Xiao A thrived even in competitive products.
我见证了小A的成长历程：从被供应商气哭的职场新人，到能独当一面的SOHO。她参加了2017年7月至今所有的Tess外贸Club线下聚会，进步显著。
I witnessed Xiao A's journey: from a tearful novice to a capable SOHO entrepreneur. She attended every Tess Foreign Trade Club event since July 2017, showing remarkable progress.
这让我想起《权力的游戏》中的Sansa Stark："我学得很慢，但我学会了。"
This reminds me of Sansa Stark from Game of Thrones: "I am a slow learner, it's true. But I learn."

近期我邀请小A在Club年会上分享她6年的创业感悟。虽然她自称只是"刚解决温饱的小SOHO"，但她的成长正是SOHO创业的典型代表。
Recently I invited Xiao A to share her 6-year journey at our annual meeting. Though she calls herself "a small SOHO just making ends meet", her growth epitomizes SOHO entrepreneurship.
