河源玩具出口创新高：前10个月达16.5亿元 企业借力RCEP拓展全球市场
11月27日，在河源联弘玩具礼品有限公司的生产车间里，工人们正忙着将精美的儿童汽车、玩偶等玩具打包封装。这些产品几小时后将通过深圳港口发往全球各地。今年1-10月，河源市玩具出口额达16.5亿元人民币，展现出强劲的海外市场竞争力。
November 27 - At the production facility of Heyuan Lianhong Toy & Gift Co., workers are busy packaging exquisite toy cars and dolls. These products will be shipped worldwide via Shenzhen port within hours. From January to October this year, Heyuan's toy exports reached 1.65 billion yuan, demonstrating strong competitiveness in overseas markets.
河源海关积极引导企业利用RCEP等自贸协定优惠政策，目前已有3家玩具企业获得RCEP经核准出口商资格。今年前10个月，河源海关为玩具企业签发原产地证书1107份，帮助企业减免进口国税款约940万元人民币。
Heyuan Customs has actively guided companies to utilize preferential policies under RCEP and other FTAs. Currently, three toy companies have obtained RCEP-approved exporter status. In the first 10 months, Heyuan Customs issued 1,107 certificates of origin for toy companies, helping them save about 9.4 million yuan in import duties.
河源联弘玩具礼品有限公司报关负责人曾惠珍表示："我们今年获得20份RCEP证书，部分产品关税从3.2%降至零关税，这对拓展海外市场帮助很大。"
Zeng Huizhen, customs declaration manager at Heyuan Lianhong Toy & Gift Co., said: "We obtained 20 RCEP certificates this year, reducing tariffs on some products from 3.2% to zero, which greatly helps our overseas market expansion."
河源海关还大力培育高级认证企业(AEO)，目前已有6家玩具企业获得认证。华康塑胶制品公司副总经理张新介绍："成为AEO企业后，我们每年可节省100万元以上担保金，还能获得更多优质订单。"
Heyuan Customs has also focused on cultivating Advanced Certified Enterprises (AEO), with six toy companies now certified. Zhang Xin, deputy general manager of Huakang Plastic Products, said: "After becoming an AEO, we save over 1 million yuan in guarantees annually and secure more high-quality orders."
今年以来，河源海关深入企业调研20余次，在通关便利、质量检测等方面持续发力，助力玩具产业高质量发展。河源玩具产品包括塑胶玩偶、锌合金玩具车等，深受美国、日本、韩国等国儿童喜爱。
This year, Heyuan Customs has conducted over 20 research visits to companies, continuously improving customs clearance and quality inspection to support high-quality development of the toy industry. Heyuan's toy products, including plastic dolls and zinc alloy toy cars, are popular among children in the US, Japan, South Korea and other countries.
