合规正报出口的货才能合规退运回来,需提供原始出口报关单及相关单证,如当初是买单/双清包税出口的无法操作,出口不合规,退运两行泪。
Only goods exported through proper declaration can be returned compliantly, requiring original export customs documents. Goods exported through "buying invoices" or "double clearance" methods cannot be processed properly - non-compliant exports lead to return troubles.
