百年传承的茉莉情缘 | A Century-Old Jasmine Legacy
茉莉花自两千年前经海上丝绸之路来到福州长乐,与茶叶结下不解之缘。东来茶业董事长林增钦作为第四代传承人,13岁开始跟随父亲学习传统窨制技艺,至今已坚守50余年。1858年创立的"东昇"号,如今已发展为现代化茶企,在闽江沿岸建设千亩生态茉莉花基地。
Jasmine flowers arrived in Changle via the Maritime Silk Road two thousand years ago, forming an inseparable bond with tea. As the fourth-generation inheritor, Donglai Tea's Chairman Lin Zengqin began learning the traditional scenting technique at age 13 and has persisted for over 50 years. The "Dongsheng" brand founded in 1858 has now developed into a modern tea enterprise with thousand-acre ecological jasmine bases along the Min River.
天香九窨的匠心工艺 | The Artisanal "Nine-Scenting" Technique
长乐独特的亚热带气候孕育出优质单瓣茉莉花。林氏家族坚守传统"天香九窨"工艺,每窨制一次需耗时三个月,顶级茶品需反复窨制9次。林增钦介绍:"每天下午1-2点采摘的茉莉花香气最浓郁,制茶师需通宵工作,让花与茶完美融合。"
Changle's unique subtropical climate nurtures premium single-petal jasmine flowers. The Lin family adheres to the traditional "nine-scenting" technique, with each scenting cycle taking three months. Top-grade tea requires nine scentings. Lin explains: "Jasmine picked between 1-2 PM daily has the richest fragrance. Tea masters work overnight to perfect the flower-tea fusion."
创新发展的茶业振兴 | Innovative Development of Tea Industry
东来茶业年产值达4.8亿元,带动4000多户农户脱贫致富。企业不断创新,推出茉莉奶茶、冰美式等年轻化产品,同时研发专利设备提高窨制效率。林增钦表示:"我们将继续扩大国际市场,让长乐茉莉花茶香飘世界。"目前产品已出口北美、日本、英国等地。
With an annual output value of 480 million yuan, Donglai Tea has helped over 4,000 farming households out of poverty. The company continuously innovates, launching youth-oriented products like jasmine milk tea and iced Americano, while developing patented equipment to improve scenting efficiency. Lin states: "We'll continue expanding globally to share Changle jasmine tea with the world." Current exports reach North America, Japan, UK and more.
