4. 招聘策略 | Recruitment Strategy
按照不同平台要求招聘:参展需要外语流利、形象好;电子商务要求书面能力和电商认知;店面需要沟通和亲和力。
Tailor recruitment to platform needs: trade shows require language skills and appearance; e-commerce needs writing skills and platform knowledge; stores need communication and approachability.
