4月14日、15日，记者连续两天走访了朝阳区多所中小学附近的文具店，发现许多店铺都在销售激光笔，而且大多都是摆在柜台的显眼位置，价格多在15元至30元之间。

记者在北京多处地铁出口也发现，一些商贩在夜晚摆地摊出售激光笔。15日晚，记者在10号线地铁呼家楼站C口，碰到一对情侣在买激光笔。

工商部门称无相关法律无权监管

北京市工商局朝阳分局相关工作人员表示，没有收到国家禁止商家售卖激光笔的法律条文，对学校商店及周边电子市场售卖激光笔事件无权监管。

Officials from the Chaoyang Branch of Beijing Administration for Market Regulation stated that there are no national laws prohibiting the sale of laser pens, and they have no authority to regulate their sale in school stores and surrounding electronic markets.

医生：大功率激光笔或致盲

Doctors Warn: High-Power Laser Pens May Cause Blindness

北京朝阳医院眼科医生华文表示，大功率的激光笔会在短时间内灼伤眼睛甚至致盲，小功率的激光笔若长时间照射，对眼睛的损伤也是巨大的。

Dr. Hua Wen from Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Ophthalmology Department stated that high-power laser pens can burn eyes or even cause blindness in a short time, while prolonged exposure to low-power laser pens can also cause significant damage.

专家建议：市场监管部门要加大市场监管力度，杜绝商贩售卖激光笔，学校和家长应加强相关安全教育。
