About Marble Blast
Marble Blast is a series of 3D platforming games, where the player controls an autonomous marble, rolling and jumping across platforms to reach a finish pad as quickly as possible to complete individual levels. Some levels can have gems that the player must collect before finishing; others have obstacles that hinder the player’s progress, but power-ups to help combat these hazards and reach the finish.
Four games make up what is known as the core series: the first is Marble Blast Gold (originally released as Marble Blast in 2002), developed by GarageGames. It was followed by Marble Blast Ultra (2006), GarageGames' second and final independently-developed completed title. Later games include Marble Blast Platinum (2007) and PlatinumQuest (2017), fan-made projects developed by members of the Marble Blast community by modifying Marble Blast Gold, the team of members eventually calling themselves the Platinum Team.
About the Wiki
The Marble Blast Wiki is a collaborative community effort to document and preserve information on the official Marble Blast games and numerous fan-made modifications, their levels, and the community history.
This wiki is made to replace the aging Fandom wiki, which has suffered from lack of maintenance, alongside the community's desire to move away from Fandom in favor of a more professional, autonomous setting.
