      More Chaos Past and Present

The Nicky character continues to wreak havoc as one of the most infuriating archetypes in modern drama. This destructive addict gets to waltz back in and claim parental rights after years of damage.

It's infuriating how these stories always expect us to root for the "redemption" without acknowledging that some people forfeit their right to disrupt lives they've already wrecked.

Catherine's double standard is also grating. The hypocrisy is glaring - certain types of prejudiced comments are deemed acceptable based on who's making them rather than their actual content. It reveals how hollow much contemporary discourse about equality is.

This show seems designed to generate controversy and emotional manipulation rather than explore genuinely complex moral territory.
