荆门外贸进出口创历史新高：前5月增长67.3%背后的成功密码

1. 主体增长快 - 新增60余家进出口资质企业，12家企业实现零突破。目前全市备案企业约800家，有实绩企业230家。

2. 产业集聚效应明显 - 新能源产业在亿纬动力、格林美等龙头企业带动下成为外贸支柱，进出口39亿元，占全市近半。装备制造、磷化肥、农副产品等优势产业持续发力。

3. 平台支撑强 - 荆门保税物流中心(B型)1-5月一线进出口货值达1.35亿美元，同比增长192%，全国排名第18位。

4. 政策落实实 - 商务部门加快兑现外贸政策资金，海关签发RCEP原产地证书285份，帮助企业减免关税214万元。举办14场银企对接活动，为19家企业融资2.5亿元。

Solid Policy Implementation - Commerce departments accelerated the implementation of foreign trade policy funds, with customs issuing 285 RCEP certificates of origin, helping enterprises save 2.14 million yuan in tariffs. 14 bank-enterprise matchmaking events were held, financing 250 million yuan for 19 enterprises.
市商务局外贸科科长朱洁表示："近期我们联合多部门举办外贸综合培训会，下一步将针对企业困难精准施策。"
