速卖通商标注册全指南：从入驻要求到常见问题解答
写在前面：最近很多商家问我速卖通需不需商标入驻，怎么做添加，什么样的商标可以做，今天针对商标方面，给大家做下分享。

1. 速卖通商标基本要求
1. Basic Trademark Requirements for AliExpress
近期来做速卖通的卖家们，速卖通入驻是需要有商标的，如果没有商标是入驻不了的（请注意：自己商标或者是拿别人授权的商标都是可以入驻）。
For sellers planning to join AliExpress, having a trademark is mandatory (note: both self-owned trademarks and authorized trademarks are acceptable).
速卖通平台要求的"商标"为：
AliExpress requires trademarks to meet these criteria:
- 英文注册商标
- Registered English trademark
- 注册地为中国或海外
- Registered in China or overseas
- 拥有商标注册证（简称R标）或商标注册申请受理通知书（简称TM标）
- Possess trademark registration certificate (R mark) or trademark application acceptance notice (TM mark)
- 2016年12月31日前，仅拥有中文注册商标的产品仍可发布，但建议尽快注册对应的英文商标
- Products with only Chinese trademarks could still be listed before Dec 31, 2016, but registering corresponding English trademarks is recommended
- 不支持添加纯图形商标
- Pure graphic trademarks are not supported

Q: How to fill in the Chinese trademark field if I only have an English trademark?
商标只有中文或英文名的，在对应的中文输入框或英文输入框里分别输入填写即可。
For trademarks with only Chinese or English names, simply fill in the corresponding field.
Q: TM标和R标有什么区别？
Q: What's the difference between TM mark and R mark?
TM标是拥有商标注册申请受理通知书，R标是拥有商标注册证。当商标报送国家商标局后会下发受理通知书，这时就可以使用TM标；但是要经过商标局的审查，拿到注册证书还需要一年左右的时间，只有拿到注册证书，该商标才算注册成功，才能使用R标。
TM mark means having a trademark application acceptance notice, while R mark means possessing a trademark registration certificate. It takes about one year to obtain the registration certificate after application.
Q: 商标资质申请审核需要多久？
Q: How long does trademark qualification review take?
商标资质申请一般是会在3-5个工作日之内审核完成的。
Trademark qualification applications are typically reviewed within 3-5 working days.

请注意，注册的品牌不要涉及行业大词（例如运动行业商标中含有running、run等）、搜索热词（如箱包行业商标中含有pack等）、人名、地名或者已知品牌名称（类似于jimmy chow、nike等）。
Note: Avoid using industry keywords (like "running" for sports), popular search terms (like "pack" for luggage), personal names, place names or known brand names (similar to "jimmy chow" or "nike").
若商标资质有效期到期，则相应的产品会在有效期到期之后下架。届时您可以在"管理产品-已下架"中找到对应的产品。
If trademark qualification expires, related products will be delisted. You can find them under "Product Management - Delisted".
