荆门外贸实现"双进位"：前5月进出口增长67.3% 新能源产业成支柱
荆门新闻网讯 - 今年1至5月，荆门市外贸交出了一份亮眼的成绩单：完成进出口总额79.8亿元，同比增长67.3%。其中出口48.5亿元，同比增长62.3%。进出口和出口增速均位列全省第3位，较上月提升2个位次，创下历史最好水平。
According to Jingmen News Network - From January to May this year, Jingmen City delivered an outstanding foreign trade report: total import and export volume reached 7.98 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 67.3%. Exports amounted to 4.85 billion yuan, up 62.3% year-on-year. Both import/export and export growth rates ranked third in the province, advancing two places from the previous month, reaching the best historical level.
市商务局数据显示，今年荆门外贸呈现"快、聚、强、实"四大特点：
Data from the Municipal Commerce Bureau shows Jingmen's foreign trade exhibited four major characteristics this year: "Fast, Concentrated, Strong, and Substantial":
1. 主体增长快：新增60余家进出口资质企业，12家企业实现"开口破零"。目前全市备案企业约800家，有实绩企业230家。
1. Fast Growth of Entities: Over 60 new enterprises obtained import/export qualifications, with 12 companies achieving "zero breakthrough". Currently, there are about 800 registered enterprises in the city, with 230 having actual performance.
2. 产业集聚度高：在亿纬动力、格林美等龙头企业带动下，新能源产业进出口达39亿元，占全市近半份额。装备制造、磷化肥、农副产品等产业分别完成进出口9亿、8亿、4亿元。

High Industrial Concentration: Driven by leading enterprises like EVE Energy and GEM, the new energy industry achieved 3.9 billion yuan in import/export, accounting for nearly half of the city's total. Equipment manufacturing, phosphate fertilizers, and agricultural products completed 900 million, 800 million, and 400 million yuan respectively.
3. 平台支撑强：荆门保税物流中心(B型)1-5月一线进出口货值1.35亿美元，同比增长192%，总量居全国第18位。
3. Strong Platform Support: Jingmen Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) recorded frontline import/export value of $135 million from January to May, up 192% year-on-year, ranking 18th nationally.
4. 政策落实实：市商务局加快兑现外贸政策资金，联合海关推动RCEP政策落地，1-5月签发RCEP原产地证书285份，减免关税214万元。举办14场银企对接活动，为19家企业融资2.5亿元。
4. Substantial Policy Implementation: The Commerce Bureau accelerated disbursement of foreign trade policy funds. In collaboration with customs, it promoted RCEP implementation, issuing 285 RCEP certificates of origin from January to May, reducing tariffs by 2.14 million yuan. Fourteen bank-enterprise matching events were held, financing 250 million yuan for 19 enterprises.
市商务局外贸科科长朱洁表示："近期我们联合多部门举办外贸综合培训会，下一步将针对企业困难精准施策。"
Zhu Jie, head of the Foreign Trade Section of the Municipal Commerce Bureau, stated: "Recently we held comprehensive foreign trade training sessions with multiple departments. Next, we will implement targeted measures to address enterprise difficulties."
