河源海关助力玩具产业腾飞：儿童玩具如何畅销全球市场？
5月27日，在河源源力玩具（河源）有限公司的车间里，工人们正熟练地打包着一件件精美的儿童汽车和玩偶。这批产品将在数小时后运往深圳港口，在六一儿童节前销往世界各地。
May 27th, at Heyuan Yuanli Toys factory, workers were skillfully packing exquisite toy cars and dolls. These products will be shipped to Shenzhen port within hours, reaching global markets before International Children's Day.
玩具出口是河源的优势产业，目前已有11家加工贸易玩具企业。出口产品包括塑胶玩偶、锌合金玩具车等，深受美国、日本、韩国等国家儿童的喜爱。
Toy exports are a competitive industry in Heyuan, with 11 processing trade enterprises currently operating. Export products include plastic dolls, zinc alloy toy cars, etc., popular among children in the US, Japan, South Korea and other countries.
2022年1-4月，河源市劳动密集型产业进出口达19.9亿元，增长7.1%，其中玩具出口4.1亿元。
From January to April 2022, Heyuan's labor-intensive industries achieved import and export value of 1.99 billion yuan, up 7.1%, with toy exports reaching 410 million yuan.
认证培育提升产品质量
Certification Cultivation Enhances Product Quality
河源海关加大了对玩具企业的认证培育力度，已培育6家企业成为AEO高级认证企业。通过一对一"帮扶认证"模式，指导企业完善管理制度，提高产品质量。
Heyuan Customs has intensified certification cultivation for toy enterprises, helping 6 companies become AEO Advanced Certification Enterprises. Through one-on-one mentoring, it guides companies to improve management systems and product quality.
源力玩具公司负责人陈煌表示："AEO认证就像企业的金字招牌，帮助我们提高通关效率42.7%，增强了1500多名员工的就业信心。"
Chen Huang from Yuanli Toys said: "AEO certification is like a golden signboard, helping us improve customs clearance efficiency by 42.7% and boosting employment confidence for over 1,500 employees."
"纸黄金"降低企业成本
"Paper Gold" Reduces Costs
原产地证书被称为"纸黄金"，河源海关通过智能审核实现证书"秒过"，帮助企业用足优惠政策。1-4月，共签发512份原产地证书，为企业在进口方减免关税约500万元。
Certificates of origin, known as "paper gold", are processed instantly through smart review by Heyuan Customs. From January to April, 512 certificates were issued, saving about 5 million yuan in tariffs for enterprises.
丹尼玩具公司关务经理张小凤表示："RCEP实施后，海关指导我们申请原产地证书，对争取订单起到了积极作用。"
Zhang Xiaofeng from Danny Toys said: "After RCEP implementation, customs guided us in certificate applications, positively impacting order acquisition."
河源海关邓艺辉科长表示："我们将持续在通关便利、质量检测等方面发力，帮助更多'河源造'玩具走向世界。"
