中国浙江省开化县通过创新性的生态环境管控信息平台，实现了环保审批效率的显著提升。数据显示，项目环保预审时间从7天缩短至当场完成，前期论证时间从平均1个月缩减至1个工作日。
In Kaihua County, Zhejiang Province, China, the innovative Eco-Environment Management Information Platform has significantly improved environmental approval efficiency. Data shows that environmental pre-approval time has been reduced from 7 days to on-the-spot completion, and preliminary demonstration time has been shortened from an average of 1 month to just 1 working day.

该平台整合了十余项环保规划，包括：
- 环境功能区划
- 生态保护红线
- 水环境功能区划
- 国家公园规划
The platform integrates over ten environmental protection plans, including:
- Environmental functional zoning
- Ecological protection red lines
- Water environment functional zoning
- National park planning
"通过平台，项目边界范围、周边环境敏感点等情况3秒内便一目了然。"开化县环保局审批科科长程慧表示。
"Through the platform, project boundary scope and surrounding environmental sensitive points can be clearly understood within 3 seconds," said Cheng Hui, Director of the Approval Department of Kaihua County Environmental Protection Bureau.

开化县环保局副局长詹勇华表示："这一平台有效破解了环境执法'猫抓老鼠'的问题，同时防范了环保领域的腐败风险。"
Zhan Yonghua, Deputy Director of Kaihua County Environmental Protection Bureau, said: "This platform effectively solves the 'cat-and-mouse' problem in environmental law enforcement while preventing corruption risks in the environmental protection field."
