汕头玩具出口前5月增长31.5%：海关技术帮扶助力企业突破贸易壁垒
南方日报讯 - 据海关最新统计，2023年1-5月汕头市玩具出口额达49.6亿元，同比大幅增长31.5%。这一亮眼成绩背后，是汕头海关所属澄海海关推出的一系列精准帮扶措施。
Reporter Yu Dan from Southern Daily - According to the latest customs statistics, Shantou's toy exports reached 4.96 billion yuan from January to May 2023, a significant year-on-year increase of 31.5%. Behind this impressive achievement is a series of targeted support measures introduced by Chenghai Customs under Shantou Customs.
在广东骅星科技股份有限公司的生产车间，工人们正在加紧打包传统塑胶玩具。"今年海外市场对传统儿童玩具需求明显回暖，"生产经理魏勇表示，"与过去两年智能玩具主导市场不同，今年声光玩具、塑胶玩具等传统品类订单大幅增加，这对我们的质量管控提出了新要求。"
At the production workshop of Guangdong Huaxing Technology Co., Ltd., workers are busy packaging traditional plastic toys. "This year, the overseas market has seen a clear recovery in demand for traditional children's toys," said production manager Wei Yong. "Unlike the past two years when smart toys dominated the market, orders for traditional categories such as sound and light toys and plastic toys have increased significantly this year, which poses new requirements for our quality control."

澄海海关综合业务科科长林泳璘介绍，该关联合多部门为企业提供检验检测、产品认证、技术咨询等全方位服务，帮助企业突破技术性贸易壁垒。目前澄海区玩具产业从业人员达13万人，相关经营单位超过3万家。
Lin Yonglin, head of the comprehensive business section of Chenghai Customs, said that the customs has cooperated with multiple departments to provide enterprises with comprehensive services including inspection and testing, product certification, and technical consultation, helping companies break through technical trade barriers. Currently, the toy industry in Chenghai District employs 130,000 people and has more than 30,000 related business units.
在市场采购贸易方面，汕头宝奥国际玩具城自2021年开展业务以来，海关通过"线上+线下"政策宣讲、设立服务专窗、推广"全国通关一体化"等措施，助力小微企业拓展海外市场。数据显示，今年汕头市场采购贸易出口额超12亿元，其中玩具出口占比高达76.41%。
In terms of market procurement trade, since Shantou Baoao International Toy City started its business in 2021, customs has helped small and micro enterprises expand overseas markets through "online + offline" policy briefings, setting up service windows, and promoting "national customs clearance integration". Data shows that Shantou's market procurement trade exports exceeded 1.2 billion yuan this year, of which toy exports accounted for as much as 76.41%.
