长沙，7月15日 - 湖南省政府新闻办今日召开新闻发布会，公布2022年上半年外贸进出口数据。数据显示，湖南外贸呈现强劲增长态势，与全球227个国家和地区建立贸易往来，RCEP政策红利逐步释放。
Changsha, July 15 - The Hunan Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference today to announce foreign trade import and export data for the first half of 2022. The data shows strong growth in Hunan's foreign trade, with business established with 227 countries and regions worldwide, and the gradual release of RCEP policy dividends.

湖南省对"一带一路"沿线国家进出口1154.5亿元，增长55.2%；对RCEP成员国进出口1080.7亿元，增长36.2%。长沙作为省会龙头，进出口1645.1亿元，占全省50.5%。
Hunan's trade with Belt and Road countries reached 115.45 billion yuan, up 55.2%; trade with RCEP member states totaled 108.07 billion yuan, up 36.2%. As the provincial capital, Changsha accounted for 50.5% of the province's total with 164.51 billion yuan.

出口方面：钢材增长214.4%，纺织服装增长63.1%，鞋靴增长49%。进口方面：集成电路增长69%，大豆增长4.5%，铁矿砂下降23.9%。
Exports: steel up 214.4%, textiles and apparel up 63.1%, footwear up 49%. Imports: integrated circuits up 69%, soybeans up 4.5%, iron ore down 23.9%.
RCEP实施成效
RCEP Implementation Results
自1月1日RCEP生效以来，长沙海关签发原产地证书710份，货值4.5亿元；企业自主出具原产地声明12份。主要享惠产品包括鞋靴、化工品、烟花爆竹等。
Since RCEP took effect on January 1, Changsha Customs has issued 710 certificates of origin worth 450 million yuan; enterprises independently issued 12 origin declarations. Main beneficiary products include footwear, chemicals, fireworks, etc.
物流通道建设
Logistics Channel Development
1-6月湖南省发运中欧班列558列，同比增长43.8%。"铁路进出境快速通关"模式已覆盖长沙、衡阳中欧班列站点。
From January to June, Hunan Province dispatched 558 China-Europe freight trains, up 43.8% year-on-year. The "Railway Cross-border Rapid Clearance" model has covered Changsha and Hengyang China-Europe freight train stations.
