中国跨境电商三年内将翻倍增长 人才缺口成行业挑战

海关数据显示，2023年中国跨境电商进出口总额达2.38万亿元，同比增长15.6%。陈进教授指出，跨境电商正在重塑外贸产业的价值链、供应链和产业链。
Customs data shows that in 2023, China's cross-border e-commerce import and export volume reached 2.38 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.6%. Professor Chen pointed out that cross-border e-commerce is reshaping the value chain, supply chain and industrial chain of foreign trade.
东莞模式成为典型案例。该市通过政策扶持，帮助30多家家具制造企业通过跨境电商平台打开北美市场，2023年实现4亿美元出口额。
The Dongguan model has become a typical case. Through policy support, the city helped more than 30 furniture manufacturers enter the North American market through cross-border e-commerce platforms, achieving $400 million in exports in 2023.
在人才方面，虽然全国已有600多所本科院校开设电子商务专业，120余所开设跨境电商专业，但陈进教授表示："人才培养模式比较落后，无法满足市场需求。"
In terms of talent, although there are already over 600 undergraduate institutions offering e-commerce majors and more than 120 offering cross-border e-commerce majors, Professor Chen said: "The talent training model is relatively backward and cannot meet market demand."
中国贸促会商业行业委员会书记任贵英强调，国际贸易竞赛已累计服务境内外师生10万余次，为行业输送了大量人才，但行业仍需更多复合型跨境电商人才。
Ren Guiying, Secretary of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Commercial Industry Committee, emphasized that the International Trade Competition has served more than 100,000 teachers and students at home and abroad, delivering a large number of talents to the industry, but the industry still needs more versatile cross-border e-commerce talents.
专家建议，未来应加强产教融合，根据国际贸易最新发展制定前瞻性培养方案，以应对跨境电商的快速增长需求。
Experts suggest that in the future, we should strengthen the integration of industry and education and formulate forward-looking training programs according to the latest developments in international trade to meet the rapid growth needs of cross-border e-commerce.
