金旭:今年以来,由于疫情和全球通胀等因素共同作用,中国的消费和投资受到一定的影响。但是中国出口呈现出来的情况还是比较乐观的。中国出口基本回到疫情前的水平,并展现出一种新势头。对中国外贸出口以及产业链发挥的作用,我们感到十分骄傲。
Jin Xu: Since the beginning of this year, due to the combined effects of the pandemic and global inflation, China's consumption and investment have been affected to a certain extent. However, the situation of China's exports is still relatively optimistic. China's exports have basically returned to pre-pandemic levels and are showing a new momentum. We are very proud of the role played by China's foreign trade exports and the industrial chain.

金旭:跨境电商应该说是中国对内刺激消费、对外保证外贸持续稳定增长的一个非常有效的新模式和新业态。所以希望各级政府、尤其是广大外贸企业要重视利用好跨境电商这种手段,让我们与国际市场衔接更加契合。
Jin Xu: Cross-border e-commerce can be said to be a very effective new model and new business format for China to stimulate domestic consumption and ensure the sustained and stable growth of foreign trade. NBD:今年1月1日,RCEP正式落地生效,这对我国外贸而言将带来哪些新机遇?

金旭:RCEP在人口、外贸、经济总量上都大约占到全球1/3的比例。以东盟国家为例,中国和多数东盟国家经济发展阶段不同,经济结构不同,在商品结构中也各有优势,所以有很好的互补效应。
Jin Xu: RCEP accounts for about one-third of the global population, foreign trade, and economic aggregate. Taking ASEAN countries as an example, China and most ASEAN countries are at different stages of economic development, have different economic structures, and have their own advantages in commodity structure, so there is a good complementary effect.

Jin Xu: The digital economy has performed well before and after the pandemic, showing a very good upward momentum. In 2019, the added value of China's digital economy reached 35.8 trillion yuan, accounting for 36.2% of GDP. This shows that before the pandemic, our digital economy had already done a good job and delivered a relatively good answer.
