周末终于有空前往期盼已久的广东省南沙自贸区跨境电商体验中心看个究竟。虽然不像五一开业时那么火爆,但人流量也不少,偏远区域的商业区也逐渐红火。体验中心主要有两层,共进驻30多家体验店,商品包括奶粉、纸尿裤、食品等刚性消费品,但遗憾的是没有奢侈品销售区域,且跨境电商保税模式尚未真正开展。

1. Imported Goods Direct Sales Center: Merchants import goods through general trade, with tariffs already paid. These are duty-paid goods that can be taken away immediately after purchase. Although it reduces circulation costs, it remains a traditional sales model.
2. 跨境电商保税模式:商品保存在保税区,通过扫码或网站下单,1-2天送达,按行邮税征收,税费低于50元可减免。若成熟,可为消费者带来高性价比商品。
2. Cross-border Bonded E-commerce Model: Goods are stored in bonded areas, ordered via QR codes or websites, and delivered within 1-2 days. Taxes are levied as postal articles, with exemptions for amounts under 50 yuan. If mature, it can offer consumers high-value products.
3. 保税展示销售模式:目前上海自贸区实行。商品进境前完成预检验等手续,销售后集中报关完税,未销售可返区离境,适合奢侈品等高价值商品。
3. Bonded Display Sales Model: Currently implemented in Shanghai FTZ. Goods undergo pre-inspection before entry, with centralized tax payment after sales. Unsold goods can be returned, making it suitable for high-value items like luxury goods.

现阶段南沙自贸区体验中心的商品均为完税商品,价格与市场差别不大,跨境电商保税模式仍在测试中。小编认为,跨境电商体验中心更适合开设在传统百货公司或商场,而非自贸区内。自贸区应主推保税展示销售模式,而进口商品可作为百货超市的专区,方便消费者。
Currently, all goods in Nansha FTZ's experience center are duty-paid, with prices similar to the market. The cross-border bonded model is still in testing. The author believes cross-border experience centers are better suited for traditional department stores or malls, while FTZs should focus on bonded display sales. Modern Department Store in Guangzhou has launched an imported e-commerce experience center, while Tianhecheng Department Store is preparing. Suning plans to bring its overseas bonded model to physical stores. Cross-border e-commerce is in a competitive phase, but traditional e-commerce platforms still hold advantages in traffic and customer resources.
