根据REACH法规第57条规定，SVHC物质具有以下一项或多项危险特性：
According to Article 57 of REACH regulations, SVHC substances have one or more of the following hazardous characteristics:
- 1. 1类及2类致癌物质、致畸变物质和生殖毒性物质
- 1. Category 1 and 2 carcinogens, mutagens and reproductive toxicants
- 2. 具有持久性、生物累积性、有毒性和强持久强生物累积性的物质
- 2. Substances that are persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT) or very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB)
- 3. 其它有实际案例证明对人类及环境有严重危害影响的物质(如内分泌干扰素)
- 3. Other substances with proven serious impacts on humans and the environment (e.g., endocrine disruptors)
REACH法规的核心要求是证明纺织品服装中不含对人体有害的化学物质。所有在欧盟生产或进口至欧盟市场的纺织品服装，都必须通过有害化学物质含量的注册、检验和批准。一旦含量超标，产品将无法在欧盟市场销售。
The core requirement of REACH regulations is to prove that textile and apparel products do not contain chemicals harmful to human health. All textiles produced in or imported to the EU market must undergo registration, testing and approval of harmful chemical content. Products exceeding the limits cannot be sold in the EU market.
