如何解决亚马逊SKU对应两个ASIN的系统错误及删除方法
问题描述：最近很多亚马逊卖家遇到了一个SKU对应两个ASIN的系统错误。具体表现为：在库存管理页面显示SKU对应ASIN01，但在亚马逊库存页面却显示同一个SKU对应ASIN02。更奇怪的是，通过客服查询时，客服系统却看不到多余的ASIN记录。
Problem Description: Recently, many Amazon sellers have encountered a system bug where one SKU corresponds to two ASINs. Specifically: the inventory management page shows SKU corresponding to ASIN01, but the Amazon inventory page shows the same SKU corresponding to ASIN02. Even stranger, when checking with customer service, they can't see the extra ASIN records.
解决方案：通过库存加载工具删除错误的SKU-ASIN对应关系
Solution: Delete Wrong SKU-ASIN Mapping Using Inventory Loader
1. 在亚马逊帮助搜索框搜索"库存加载工具"
1. Search "Inventory Loader" in Amazon's help search box
2. 下拉找到"使用库存加载工具"，下载库存加载工具文件模板
2. Scroll down to find "Use Inventory Loader" and download the template file
3. 在模板中填写需要删除的SKU
3. Fill in the SKU you want to delete in the template
4. 在"add-delete"列下手动输入"x"
4. Manually enter "x" under the "add-delete" column
5. 将文件保存为制表符分隔的TXT文档
5. Save the file as tab-delimited TXT document
6. 进入批量上传商品页面，选择"上传您的库存文件"
6. Go to bulk upload products page, select "Upload Your Inventory File"
7. 直接进入第二步"上传文件"，选择"库存加载工具文件"
7. Go directly to step 2 "Upload File", select "Inventory Loader File"
8. 点击上传，等待上传进度显示完成
8. Click upload and wait for the progress to show completion
9. 几分钟后检查库存页面，错误的SKU-ASIN对应关系已被删除
