2017年11月24日,财政部宣布自12月1日起降低187种消费品进口关税,平均税率从17.3%降至7.7%。其中近30种化妆品相关商品税率调整:
On November 24, 2017, the Ministry of Finance announced tariff reductions on 187 consumer goods effective December 1, with average rates dropping from 17.3% to 7.7%. This includes adjustments for nearly 30 cosmetic-related products:
- 电动牙刷/剃须刀:30%→10% | Electric toothbrushes/razors: 30%→10%
- 香水/彩妆:10%→5% | Perfumes/makeup: 10%→5%
- 洗发水:6.5%→2% | Shampoo: 6.5%→2%

屈臣氏在上海龙之梦店新增国产香水品牌冰希黎(8个SKU,均价<300元),改变此前只销售Burberry、Versace等国际大牌的香水策略。
Watsons added domestic fragrance brand Boitown (8 SKUs, average price <¥300) to its Shanghai store, shifting from its previous strategy of only carrying international brands like Burberry and Versace.
