茶无国界品则香，天下一饮岁月长。 9月28日上午，首届中国黑茶大会——2024中国黑茶大会茶祖节暨第六届湖南·（益阳）安化黑茶文化节开幕式在安化县天下黑茶大剧院隆重举行。

"Tea knows no borders, its aroma unites the world; A single sip spans the ages." On the morning of September 28th, the opening ceremony of the inaugural China Dark Tea Conference—2024 China Dark Tea Conference, Tea Ancestor Festival, and the 6th Hunan·(Yiyang) Anhua Dark Tea Culture Festival was grandly held at the World Dark Tea Grand Theater in Anhua County.

International Guests Gather to Showcase Dark Tea's Charm

来自韩国、俄罗斯、马来西亚、英国、印尼、澳大利亚等国家和地区的30多名国际嘉宾参加大会。本届节会主题为"一茶一业一生活 一带一路一黑茶"，全方位多角度展现中国黑茶独特魅力。

Over 30 international guests from South Korea, Russia, Malaysia, UK, Indonesia, Australia and other countries and regions attended the conference. With the theme "One Tea, One Industry, One Lifestyle - One Belt One Road, One Dark Tea", the festival comprehensively showcased the unique charm of Chinese dark tea from multiple perspectives.

安化黑茶品牌价值超600亿元

Anhua Dark Tea Brand Value Exceeds 60 Billion Yuan

湖南省农业农村厅党组书记、厅长王建球表示，"安化黑茶"品牌价值超600亿元。2023年，安化县茶园面积达36万亩，实现茶叶加工量8.4万吨、综合产值252亿元，茶产业税收达2亿元。

Wang Jianqiu, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Hunan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, stated that the brand value of "Anhua Dark Tea" exceeds 60 billion yuan. In 2023, Anhua County's tea garden area reached 360,000 mu, with tea processing volume of 84,000 tons, comprehensive output value of 25.2 billion yuan, and tea industry tax revenue reaching 200 million yuan.

Release of "China Dark Tea·Anhua Declaration"

大会发布了《中国黑茶·安化宣言》，明确黑茶产业发展方向与目标。现场进行了11个项目的集中签约，包括5个政府招商引资项目和6个企业间合作项目。

The conference released the "China Dark Tea·Anhua Declaration", clarifying the development direction and goals of the dark tea industry. On-site signing ceremonies were held for 11 projects, including 5 government investment attraction projects and 6 inter-enterprise cooperation projects.

安化力争5-10年打造千亿产业集群

Anhua Aims to Build 100-Billion-Yuan Industrial Cluster in 5-10 Years

安化县将聚焦打造世界黑茶之都、千亿湘茶"半壁江山"这一目标，力争用5到10年时间打造千亿产业集群，确保2024年实现茶产业综合产值280亿元。

Anhua County will focus on building the "World Dark Tea Capital" and accounting for "half of Hunan's 100-billion-yuan tea industry", striving to create a 100-billion-yuan industrial cluster within 5 to 10 years, and ensuring the comprehensive output value of the tea industry reaches 28 billion yuan in 2024.
