校企合作创新模式：宠物医院成为畜牧兽医专业实践课堂
本报讯（记者 曹灿 通讯员 王欣）9月19日，益阳职业技术学院教学实习基地在贝贝康宠物医院正式成立，该院学生又多了一个学习、工作的好地方。

目前，学院有3名在校学生在贝贝康宠物医院实习基地实习，工资根据他们考取的资格等级发放。黄桦已经在这里实习了近三个月，大二在读的她已经能够独当一面，她说理论知识重要，实践知识更重要，在这里学到了许多宝贵的临床经验。
Currently, three college students are interning at the Beibeikang Pet Hospital practice base, with salaries determined by their qualification levels. Huang Hua, a sophomore who has been interning here for nearly three months, is already capable of working independently. She stated that while theoretical knowledge is important, practical experience is even more valuable, and she has gained much precious clinical experience here.
公司负责人熊劲松认为她们专业发挥出色，准备等她们毕业后，直接留在医院上班。学院副院长杨建华介绍，畜牧兽医专业是学院传统专业，开设了动物解剖、动物生理、动物营养与饲料、动物药理、动物传染病、动物防疫与检疫、动物繁殖、猪生产、宠物饲养等主干课程。
Xiong Jinsong, the company's responsible person, believes they have performed excellently in their profession and plans to retain them at the hospital after graduation. Yang Jianhua, the college's vice president, introduced that the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine program is a traditional major at the college, offering core courses such as animal anatomy, animal physiology, animal nutrition and feed, animal pharmacology, animal infectious diseases, animal epidemic prevention and quarantine, animal reproduction, pig production, and pet husbandry.
不仅是市政府全力支持开办的专业，更是湖南省改革试点专业。该专业在校外拥有家禽饲养基地、宠物饲养基地、种猪生猪饲养场等实训场所，与多家养殖场签订了实习基地协议。学校采用校企合作，工学交替的教学模式教学，学生每学期均有一个月以上时间在校内外实训基地进行技能训练。
This program is not only fully supported by the municipal government but also a pilot reform program in Hunan Province. The program has off-campus practical training venues including poultry farms, pet breeding bases, and breeding pig farms, and has signed internship base agreements with multiple farms. The college adopts a teaching model of university-enterprise cooperation and alternating work-study, with students spending over one month each semester in skill training at on- and off-campus practice bases.
畜牧专家何颖非常赞成学院的这一举措。她介绍，现代畜牧业在我国是一个朝阳产业。其研究对象涵盖畜禽生产、动物检疫检验、兽药生产与营销、饲料生产与营销、畜产品精深加工、企业经营管理、对外贸易等产业链的多个领域，尤其面向都市的"宠物经济"和关注健康、关注食品安全的畜产品质量管理等行业，更是火热异常。

She explained that modern animal husbandry is a sunrise industry in China, covering multiple fields in the industrial chain including livestock and poultry production, animal quarantine inspection, veterinary drug production and marketing, feed production and marketing, deep processing of livestock products, enterprise management, and foreign trade. Particularly, the "pet economy" targeting urban areas and livestock product quality management focusing on health and food safety are exceptionally booming industries.
