2022年中国外贸突破40万亿元大关：连续6年蝉联全球货物贸易第一

在刚刚过去的2022年，中国外贸交出了亮眼的"成绩单"。1月13日，海关总署发布数据显示，2022年我国进出口42.07万亿元，同比增长7.7%。至此，我国已连续6年保持世界第一货物贸易国地位，出口国际市场份额连续14年居全球首位。同时，这也是我国外贸规模首次突破40万亿元关口。
In 2022, China's foreign trade delivered outstanding results. On January 13, data released by the General Administration of Customs showed that China's total import and export volume reached 42.07 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.7%. This marks the sixth consecutive year that China has maintained its position as the world's largest goods trading nation, with its share of global exports remaining the highest for 14 consecutive years. This also represents the first time China's foreign trade volume has exceeded the 40 trillion yuan threshold.
"面对复杂严峻的国内外形势，我国外贸顶住多重超预期因素冲击，在2021年高基数基础上继续保持稳定增长，规模再创历史新高。总的看，2022年我国外贸实现了新的突破，进出口规模、质量、效益同步提升，成绩来之不易。"海关总署新闻发言人吕大良在国新办举行的新闻发布会上表示。
"Facing complex and severe domestic and international situations, China's foreign trade withstood multiple unexpected shocks and maintained stable growth on the high base of 2021, reaching a new historical high in scale. Overall, China's foreign trade achieved new breakthroughs in 2022, with simultaneous improvements in scale, quality, and efficiency. These achievements did not come easily," said Lü Daliang, spokesperson for the General Administration of Customs, at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office.
突破40万亿元

"现在订单充足，生产恢复，一些厂子甚至高薪留人过年生产，就是想把失去的时间抢回来。"瑞曼克斯总裁丁言东表示。
"Currently, we have sufficient orders and resumed production. Some factories are even offering high salaries to retain workers during the Spring Festival holiday, aiming to make up for lost time," said Ding Yandong, president of Ruimax.
2022年，国家出台稳经济一揽子政策和接续措施，我国外贸被有效激发。全年进出口总值首次突破40万亿元关口，规模再创历史新高。其中，出口23.97万亿元，同比增长10.5%；进口18.1万亿元，同比增长4.3%。
In 2022, China implemented a package of policies and follow-up measures to stabilize the economy, effectively stimulating foreign trade. The total annual import and export value exceeded the 40 trillion yuan mark for the first time, setting a new historical record. Specifically, exports reached 23.97 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.5%, while imports totaled 18.1 trillion yuan, up 4.3% year-on-year.
一个亮点是，民营企业作为外贸第一大主体的地位继续巩固，外贸"稳定器"作用持续发挥。2022年，我国有进出口实绩的外贸企业59.8万家，同比增加5.6%。其中，民营企业进出口规模所占比重达到50.9%，年度占比首次超过一半，提升2.3个百分点，对我国外贸增长贡献率达到80.8%。
One highlight is that private enterprises have further consolidated their position as the largest players in foreign trade, continuing to serve as a "stabilizer." In 2022, there were 598,000 foreign trade enterprises with actual import and export activities in China, an increase of 5.6% year-on-year. Among them, private enterprises accounted for 50.9% of the total import and export volume, exceeding half for the first time on an annual basis, up 2.3 percentage points, contributing 80.8% to China's foreign trade growth.
多地发力稳外贸
Regions Ramp Up Efforts to Stabilize Foreign Trade
展望今年外贸形势，吕大良表示，尽管外贸发展仍面临困难挑战，但我国经济韧性强、潜力大、活力足，长期向好的基本面依然不变，今年经济有望总体回升，要更加坚定推动外贸稳规模、优结构的信心。
Looking ahead to this year's foreign trade situation, Lü Daliang stated that although foreign trade development still faces difficulties and challenges, China's economy remains resilient, with great potential and vitality. The fundamentals of long-term improvement remain unchanged, and the economy is expected to recover overall this year. We should be more confident in promoting the stabilization of foreign trade scale and the optimization of its structure.
在地方，各级政府也铆足了劲儿发力出口。比如，浙江省政府计划今年组织1000多家企业代表团赴海外拓展市场，今年1月至4月，浙江宁波将派出来自1000多家企业的100个代表团和销售代表，计划在4月底前获得100亿美元外贸订单。
At the local level, governments at all levels are also making concerted efforts to boost exports. For example, the Zhejiang Provincial government plans to organize delegations from more than 1,000 enterprises to expand overseas markets this year. From January to April, Ningbo, Zhejiang, will send 100 delegations and sales representatives from over 1,000 enterprises, aiming to secure $10 billion in foreign trade orders by the end of April.
"接下来，商务部将持续密切跟踪形势，加大支持力度，全力推动外贸稳规模、优结构，稳住外贸订单，稳住外贸主体，帮助企业解决困难。充分利用好稳外贸相关工作机制，及时了解、推动解决企业遇到的困难问题，为企业发展营造更加良好的环境。"束珏婷表示。
"Next, the Ministry of Commerce will continue to closely monitor the situation, increase support, and make every effort to stabilize the scale and optimize the structure of foreign trade, stabilize foreign trade orders, stabilize foreign trade entities, and help enterprises overcome difficulties. We will make full use of the relevant working mechanisms for stabilizing foreign trade, promptly understand and promote solutions to the difficulties encountered by enterprises, and create a more favorable environment for enterprise development," said Shu Jueting.
