商务部加快内外贸一体化改革：助力企业双市场发展
北京，12月26日 - 在商务部例行新闻发布会上，商务部新闻发言人何咏前宣布将加快内外贸一体化改革进程，帮助企业实现在国内和国际两个市场的顺畅切换。
Beijing, December 26 - At the regular press conference of the Ministry of Commerce, spokesperson He Yongqian announced plans to accelerate the reform of integrated domestic-foreign trade to help enterprises smoothly transition between domestic and international markets.
何咏前强调："加快内外贸一体化发展是构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展的内在要求。"2024年以来，商务部重点开展了以下工作：
He Yongqian emphasized: "Accelerating the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade is an inherent requirement for building a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development." Since 2024, the Ministry has focused on:
1. 促进内外贸规则制度衔接
商务部会同有关部门推动95项重点工作，重点关注标准认证衔接和优化发展环境。
1. Promoting regulatory convergence
The Ministry has promoted 95 key tasks with relevant departments, focusing on standard certification alignment and improving the business environment.
2. 深化内外贸一体化试点
9个试点地区已完成80%的试点任务，形成10个全国推广的典型案例。
2. Deepening pilot programs
9 pilot regions have completed 80% of tasks, producing 10 replicable case studies.
3. 开展外贸优品中华行
已组织30余场供需对接活动。

Over 30 supply-demand matching events have been held.
4. 加大政策支持力度
推动出台《关于发挥国内贸易信用保险作用 助力提高内外贸一体化水平的意见》。

Issued guidelines on utilizing domestic trade credit insurance to boost integration.
何咏前表示，下一步商务部将重点打通堵点卡点，优化发展环境，为企业提供更好的双市场发展支持。
He Yongqian stated that the Ministry will focus on removing bottlenecks and optimizing the business environment to better support enterprises' dual-market development.
