At the beginning of 2023, the Chengdu Municipal Government issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of Cross-border E-commerce", injecting strong momentum into the industry. Currently, Chengdu has become the first city in western China with cross-border e-commerce transaction volume exceeding 100 billion yuan, maintaining rapid growth for seven consecutive years.

国家税务总局成都市税务局通过"人民蓉税"工程，为跨境电商企业提供精细化服务。以尚志鞋业为例，该公司上半年获得出口退税617万元，产值同比增长23%。
The Chengdu Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration provides refined services for cross-border e-commerce enterprises through the "People's Rong Tax" project. Taking Shangzhi Footwear as an example, the company received 6.17 million yuan in export tax rebates in the first half of the year, with output value increasing by 23% year-on-year.
特色产品走向世界

从"成都造"女鞋到郫县豆瓣，越来越多的成都特色产品通过跨境电商平台走向全球。丹丹豆瓣已销往60多个国家和地区，2023年获得出口退税43.14万元。
From "Made in Chengdu" women's shoes to Pixian bean paste, more and more Chengdu specialty products are going global through cross-border e-commerce platforms. Dandan Bean Paste has been sold to more than 60 countries and regions, receiving 431,400 yuan in export tax rebates in 2023.

成都已建成强大的跨境物流体系，每天约有10列国际班列从成都国际铁路港出发，70余条国际航线组成繁密网络，助力"成都造"产品快速通达全球。
Chengdu has built a strong cross-border logistics system, with about 10 international trains departing from Chengdu International Railway Port every day and more than 70 international routes forming a dense network, helping "Made in Chengdu" products reach the world quickly.
