惠州外贸企业逆势增长：RCEP红利与质量提升双轮驱动

"今年上半年公司出口总额达2700多万美元，同比增长90%，通关便利推动了外贸市场拓展。" 惠州三华工业有限公司报关经理颜培国表示。在全球经济下行压力下，惠州市外贸企业却交出了一份亮眼的成绩单。
"The company's total export volume in the first half of the year reached over $27 million, a 90% year-on-year increase, with customs clearance facilitation promoting the expansion of foreign trade markets," said Yan Peiguo, customs declaration manager of Huizhou Sanhua Industrial Co., Ltd. Despite global economic downturn pressures, Huizhou's foreign trade enterprises have delivered impressive results.
据统计，2022年1-7月，惠州市货物贸易进出口达1772.6亿元人民币，同比增长8.8%。其中，对RCEP其他14个成员国进出口419.2亿元，同比增长17%。
Statistics show that from January to July 2022, Huizhou's import and export of goods totaled 177.26 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.8%. Among them, trade with the other 14 RCEP member countries reached 41.92 billion yuan, up 17% year-on-year.
抓住RCEP机遇 | Seizing RCEP Opportunities
LG电子（惠州）有限公司总经理助理江李才介绍："1-7月公司出口RCEP国家产品达2000万美元，占总出口10%。" 该公司通过调整市场策略，成功开拓了RCEP成员国市场。
Jiang Licai, assistant general manager of LG Electronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., said: "From January to July, the company's exports to RCEP countries reached $20 million, accounting for 10% of total exports." By adjusting market strategies, the company has successfully developed markets in RCEP member countries.
惠州海关设立了RCEP服务专窗，推动7家企业成为"经核准出口商"，1-7月签发RCEP原产地证书428份，预计可为企业减免进口国关税约570万元。
Huizhou Customs has set up a special RCEP service window, helping 7 enterprises become "approved exporters". From January to July, it issued 428 RCEP certificates of origin, which are expected to reduce import tariffs by about 5.7 million yuan for enterprises.
质量为本开拓市场 | Quality as Foundation for Market Expansion
惠州三华工业有限公司作为国家高新技术企业，通过在海内外设立多个研发中心，上半年出口同比增长90%。深圳某新能源公司则凭借多年光伏产业深耕，在欧洲市场取得显著增长。
As a national high-tech enterprise, Huizhou Sanhua Industrial Co., Ltd. achieved a 90% year-on-year increase in exports in the first half of the year by establishing multiple R&D centers at home and abroad. A Shenzhen new energy company has achieved significant growth in the European market through years of dedication to the photovoltaic industry.
多措并举缓解压力 | Multiple Measures to Alleviate Pressure
面对供应链紧张等挑战，惠州市推出《进一步支持中小企业和个体工商户纾困发展的若干政策措施》等政策。金融机构也积极行动，截至7月末，跨境金融区块链服务平台共服务惠州企业97家，办理融资约141.74亿美元。
Facing challenges such as supply chain tensions, Huizhou has introduced policies including "Several Policy Measures to Further Support the Relief and Development of SMEs and Individual Businesses". Financial institutions have also taken active actions. By the end of July, the cross-border financial blockchain service platform had served 97 Huizhou enterprises, handling financing of approximately $14.174 billion.
