纺织服装业外贸回暖:订单回流但利润承压 企业探索数字化转型

进入8月,东莞升丽针织有限公司总经理秦淑军一直忙着订购原料、调配产线产能。近一个月来,受孟加拉国动荡局势影响,升丽针织孟加拉工厂已停止生产,订单逐步回流国内,"经过这一层流转,成本变高了,生产周期长了,利润比以前更低,我们也只能想尽办法完成订单"。

In August, Qin Shujun, general manager of Dongguan Shengli Knitting Co., Ltd., has been busy purchasing raw materials and adjusting production line capacity. Over the past month, affected by the turbulent situation in Bangladesh, Shengli Knitting's factory in Bangladesh has ceased production, and orders have gradually returned to China. "After this transfer, costs have increased, production cycles have lengthened, and profits are lower than before. We can only try our best to complete the orders," Qin said.

中国纺织品进出口商会7日发布的数据显示,今年1-7月,中国纺织服装累计出口同比增长1.1%,其中纺织品出口增长3.3%,服装出口下降0.8%。

Data released by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles on the 7th showed that from January to July this year, China's cumulative textile and apparel exports increased by 1.1% year-on-year, with textile exports growing by 3.3% and apparel exports declining by 0.8%.

As one of Dongguan's traditional pillar industries, the textile and apparel sector boasts well-known brands like Yishion and Cosmo Lady, as well as nationally renowned apparel towns such as Humen, Dalang, and Chashan, forming a complete industrial chain from R&D to sales.

"今年的订单确实增长了20%,但却是提前预支了明年的订单量,整个行业市场需求并没有回暖。"秦淑军表示。为应对贸易壁垒,升丽针织在孟加拉国设有工厂,但近期当地局势动荡导致订单回流国内。

"Orders have indeed increased by 20% this year, but this is essentially borrowing from next year's orders. There hasn't been a real recovery in market demand," Qin explained. To address trade barriers, Shengli Knitting established a factory in Bangladesh, but recent local instability has caused orders to return to China.

企业探索"小单快返"模式 | Companies Explore "Small Order Quick Response" Model

在东莞虎门镇口工业区,奔踏服饰的"小单快反"ODM生产线正源源不断生产时尚单品。董事长罗敬春表示:"越是身处逆境,企业越要努力做'加法',通过内部产能优化和多元化发展保持竞争力。"

In Humen Town's industrial zone, Benta Apparel's "small order quick response" ODM production line is continuously manufacturing fashion items. Chairman Luo Jingchun stated, "The more challenging the environment, the more companies need to make 'additions' through internal capacity optimization and diversified development to maintain competitiveness."

奔踏服饰先后投入600多万元进行数字化转型,产能同比增加60%,客户数量增长20%。同时,在江西瑞金设立的新工厂采用自动化设备,人力成本更低。

Benta Apparel has invested over 6 million yuan in digital transformation, increasing capacity by 60% year-on-year and growing its customer base by 20%. Additionally, its new factory in Ruijin, Jiangxi utilizes automated equipment with lower labor costs.

外贸企业积极参展拓市场 | Exporters Actively Exhibit to Expand Markets

东莞市伟景服装辅料有限公司上半年参加了8个行业展会,其中3个为国际展会,在乌兹别克斯坦展会获得2万美元意向订单。公司外贸业务占比85%,前5月产值同比增长10%以上。

Dongguan Weijing Garment Accessories Co., Ltd. participated in 8 industry exhibitions in the first half of the year, including 3 international ones, securing $20,000 in意向 orders at an Uzbekistan exhibition. With exports accounting for 85% of its business, the company's output value in the first five months increased by over 10% year-on-year.
