六堡茶专家获聘特约研究员 助力茶文化传播与产业发展
梧州讯 - 近日，梧州出入境检验检疫局专家吴平获聘为梧州市六堡茶研究院特约研究员，将参与《六堡茶大观》专著的编写工作。这是对吴平同志30年六堡茶研究工作的充分肯定。
Latest News from Wuzhou - Recently, Wu Ping, an expert from Wuzhou Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, was appointed as a special researcher by Wuzhou Liubao Tea Research Institute to participate in the compilation of the monograph "Panorama of Liubao Tea". This appointment fully recognizes Mr. Wu's 30 years of research on Liubao tea.
六堡茶作为中国历史名茶，已有1500多年的生产历史，在清朝嘉庆年间就远销海外，素有"侨销茶"的美誉。2003年前，六堡茶主要出口马来西亚、新加坡、日本、美国等国家和地区。
As a famous historical Chinese tea, Liubao tea has a production history of more than 1,500 years. It was exported overseas during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty and is known as the "Overseas Chinese Tea". Before 2003, Liubao tea was mainly exported to Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, the United States and other countries and regions.
吴平同志自1989年起从事进出口食品检验监管工作，2009年获得食品安全管理高级工程师资格。工作之余，他潜心研究六堡茶，发表了20多篇专业论文，主持制定3项六堡茶标准，参与制定4项标准，在六堡茶研究领域取得了丰硕成果。
Mr. Wu Ping has been engaged in import and export food inspection and supervision since 1989 and obtained the qualification of senior engineer in food safety management in 2009. In his spare time, he devoted himself to the study of Liubao tea, published more than 20 professional papers, presided over the formulation of 3 Liubao tea standards, and participated in the formulation of 4 standards, achieving fruitful results in the field of Liubao tea research.
