湖南素有"江南茶乡"美誉，省委省政府高度重视茶产业发展。2013年提出到2020年实现1000亿元茶业综合产值的目标。

Hunan is known as the "Tea Hometown of Southern China". The provincial government attaches great importance to tea industry development, setting a goal in 2013 to achieve 100 billion yuan in comprehensive tea output value by 2020.

益阳黑茶产业连续10年高速增长，2014年综合产值达104亿元，产量全国第一。安化县连续6年跻身全国重点产茶县十强。

Yiyang's dark tea industry has achieved rapid growth for 10 consecutive years, with comprehensive output value reaching 10.4 billion yuan in 2014, ranking first in national production. Anhua County has been among China's top 10 tea-producing counties for six consecutive years.

益阳黑茶营销网络覆盖146个大中城市，远销蒙古、俄罗斯、德国等国家及港澳台地区。"香炉山"品牌黑茶荣获米兰世博会两项金奖。

Yiyang's dark tea sales network covers 146 large and medium-sized cities, exporting to Mongolia, Russia, Germany and other countries as well as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The "Xianglushan" brand won two gold medals at the Milan World Expo.

二、标准化建设助推产业升级

1. 建设标准化生态茶园40多万亩，通过国家级农业标准化示范区验收。

1. Established over 400,000 mu of standardized ecological tea gardens, passing national agricultural standardization demonstration zone acceptance.

2. 制定14项地方标准，参与3项国家标准制定，构建完善的黑茶标准体系。

2. Formulated 14 local standards and participated in 3 national standard formulations, establishing a comprehensive dark tea standardization system.

3. 12家企业获ISO9000认证，10个产品获绿色有机认证，确保质量安全。
