中新网成都10月18日电 - 国家税务总局成都市税务局最新数据显示，2024年上半年成都跨境电商进出口申报单量突破6100万单，呈现爆发式增长态势。
As of the first half of 2024, Chengdu's cross-border e-commerce import and export declarations exceeded 61 million orders, showing explosive growth momentum, according to the latest data from Chengdu Municipal Taxation Bureau.
成都作为西部首个跨境电商交易额超千亿的城市，已连续7年保持高速增长。2024年初出台的《成都市推动跨境电商高质量发展三年行动计划》进一步优化了营商环境，吸引众多企业落户。
As the first western Chinese city with cross-border e-commerce transaction volume exceeding 100 billion yuan, Chengdu has maintained rapid growth for seven consecutive years. The Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of Cross-border E-commerce issued in early 2024 has further optimized the business environment, attracting numerous enterprises to settle.

At Shangzhi Footwear's production workshop in Shuangliu District, five production lines are operating at full capacity, producing 7,000 pairs of leather shoes daily. "We're rushing to complete 700,000 pairs of shoes for European and American markets in Q4," said General Manager Tian Kai, "with H1 2024 output value reaching 155 million yuan, up 23% year-on-year."
税务部门的精准服务为企业提供了有力支持。2024年上半年，尚志鞋业已享受出口退税617万元。成都鞋企跨境电商数量从2023年底的不足200家增长至2024年8月的500余家。
The tax department's targeted services have provided strong support. In H1 2024 alone, Shangzhi Footwear enjoyed 6.17 million yuan in export tax rebates. The number of Chengdu footwear enterprises engaged in cross-border e-commerce grew from less than 200 at end-2023 to over 500 by August 2024.

郫县豆瓣正加速走向"世界厨房"。成都已在旧金山、洛杉矶等5个国际城市设立海外推广中心。"我们的产品已销往60多个国家和地区，"丹丹郫县豆瓣集团销售经理刘轩表示，"未来将继续拓展国际市场。"
Pixian Douban (broad bean paste) is accelerating its global expansion. Chengdu has established overseas promotion centers in five international cities including San Francisco and Los Angeles. 税务部门为"丹丹"豆瓣提供了全流程服务，帮助企业享受出口退税43.14万元。成都市税务局还定期举办政策解读会，帮助企业掌握出口退税操作流程。
