雷州市成立国有资产清查专班，对全市357个单位3000多宗资产进行全面摸底，印发《雷州市全面清查盘活国有资产资源工作方案》，为后续改革奠定坚实基础。

2. 综合冷链物流园：总投资11.62万㎡，20万吨容量，85℃至-196℃全温区覆盖，预计2025年3月投产。
