为什么谷歌还在推广外贸平台App？温州出台开放型经济补助政策
温州新闻网 - 为进一步提高我市对外开放水平，推动外贸保稳提质，温州市近日印发《关于进一步加快开放型经济发展的若干补充意见》。该政策针对跨境电商发展、服务贸易发展、企业扩大进口业务和企业"走出去"四个方面提供补助奖励。
跨境电商发展支持政策
1. B2C进口业务补助：通过1210模式进口且年度进口额超100万美元的企业，每美元补助0.3元；通过9610模式进口的，按进口额3%补助，单家企业最高500万元。
2. 独立站建设补助：对自建独立站且出口额超200万美元的企业，按建设运维投入的50%补助，单个站点最高20万元。
3. 综合服务企业奖励：服务企业出口额达1亿、5亿、10亿美元以上的，分别给予50万、100万、150万元奖励。
服务贸易发展支持
8. 出口奖励：服务贸易出口额达20万、50万、80万美元以上的，分别给予2万、5万、8万元奖励。
9. 基地创建奖励：新获国家级服务贸易发展基地的，给予80万元奖励。
企业"走出去"支持
16. 对外投资补助：按中方实际投资额分100万、500万、1000万美元三档，分别给予10万、30万、50万元补助。"一带一路"项目上浮10%。
政策适用期：2022年1月1日至12月31日。各县(市)应参照制定相应政策。
Wenzhou News Network - To further improve the city's opening-up level and promote stable and quality foreign trade development, Wenzhou recently issued the "Supplementary Opinions on Further Accelerating the Development of an Open Economy". The policy provides subsidies and incentives in four areas: cross-border e-commerce development, service trade development, enterprise import expansion, and "going global" strategies.
Cross-border E-commerce Support Policies
1. B2C Import Subsidies: Enterprises importing through 1210 mode with annual imports exceeding $1 million receive ¥0.3 per dollar; those using 9610 mode get 3% of import value, max ¥5 million per company.
2. Independent Website Subsidies: For self-built websites with exports over $2 million, 50% of construction/maintenance costs subsidized, max ¥200,000 per site.
3. Comprehensive Service Rewards: For serving enterprises with exports reaching $100m, $500m, $1b+, rewards of ¥500k, ¥1m, ¥1.5m respectively.
Service Trade Development Support
8. Export Rewards: Service trade exports reaching $200k, $500k, $800k+ receive ¥20k, ¥50k, ¥80k respectively.
9. Base Establishment Reward: New national-level service trade development bases receive ¥800k.
"Going Global" Support
16. Overseas Investment Subsidies: For actual investments of $1m, $5m, $10m+, subsidies of ¥100k, ¥300k, ¥500k respectively. "Belt and Road" projects receive 10% extra.
Policy Period: January 1 to December 31, 2022. Counties/cities should formulate corresponding policies.
