First, it is essential to clarify the purpose of participation. Plan the overall layout from the company's interests. In the team, define each person's role, such as those who attract people, find resources, front desk reception, photographers, and those responsible for securing clients, and assign tasks reasonably based on their characteristics and experience. However, most companies make mistakes by having foreign trade operations act independently at the booth, resulting in capable people lacking client resources while others accumulate useless business cards. 1. Participating in the Canton Fair requires a traffic mindset. Mastering the traffic code of the Canton Fair allows you to gain more client resources and foreign trade orders. The characteristic of the Canton Fair is that clients find suppliers through purposeful wandering, but they may not necessarily find your booth. Therefore, the first step is引流 (traffic attraction). Make passing clients stop and ensure those who wouldn't have visited your booth can find you.
